Dynamism of Scenic Creation and Dynamism of Specator?s Experience
Pácl, Štěpán ; Vostrý, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Korčák, Jakub (referee)
This thesis tries to phrase specifics and patterns of a stage creation that contains latent possibilities, which challenge an actor (a performer) to dynamic and physical acting. Simultaneously this thesis researches, how such stage creation works upon a spectator, how it acts on a spectator?s ?inner feel? and how it participates in creation of a spectator?s experience from a whole performance. This thesis is mainly based on author?s practical experiences with theatre works.

Structural Colors of Self-Similar Nano Patterns
Meluzín, Petr ; Horáček, Miroslav ; Krátký, Stanislav ; Kolařík, Vladimír
E-beam lithography is a flexible technology for various diffraction gratings origination. The e-beam patterning typically allows for the creation of optical diffraction gratings in the first diffraction order. However, the very high resolution enables also the patterning of structures providing the zero-order diffraction. Recently, we presented a work on the structural colors of metallic layers covering both regular-line structures and CGH (computer generated hologram) structures. This work presents a study dealing with zero-order diffraction structures with self-similar properties. The practical part of the work is focused on two aspects: design parameters and technological issues. Variations in design parameters include the tone of the structure (positive or negative),\nthe density of filling, the filling factor, and the depth of the structures. The achieved gamut of colors may by primarily extended by the proper selection of metal deposition technology and its parameters, and further by the proper selection of the metal and the thickness of its layer, these are the technological issues.

Biological and Social Reguirements of Oncological Treated Child
ŘÁDKOVÁ, Klára
The theory portion of the thesis is dedicated to the issue of cancer during childhood. The first chapter concentrates on possible causes for the genesis of the oncological disease in children. It also describes the kinds and types of children's tuber. The next chapter focuses on the developmental psychology of a child from birth through adolescence. The thesis is focused on children's vital needs so the chapter describes biological, mental and social needs. The chapter which deals with the socialisation of a child, describes the reintegration of him/her into society, specifically resocialisation and the importance of the child's interpersonal relationships after oncological treatment. Social worker's role in the department of the children's oncology is divided into communication with a child and with his family and to benefits for peole with disabilities. The final chapter of the theory portion of the thesis describes organisations which care for children who are treated for oncological disease. The aim of the practical part of the thesis is to propose possible changes in satisfying children's needs during oncological treatment. Qualitative research for picking data is chosen in view of the aim and focus of the thesis, this research enables deeper exploration of the given issues. Questioning and technique of half structured interview are chosen as methods of research. The diagram of the questions which are prepared in advance is composed of the fields of children's biological, mental and social needs, these children are oncological patients in Clinic of children's oncology in Brno. A method of repetitive pattern called gestalts is chosen for an analysis of discovered data. Six children's patients, who were intentionally selected in Clinic of children's oncology in Brno, form a research complex. Parents are engaged into the research due to addition of children's answers and they answer a range of questions about themselves. The results of the practical part of the thesis shows that the influence of cancer treatment leads to a greater or lesser changes in satisfying the living needs of children. Side effects of the oncological treatment include absence of appetite, sickness or fatigue and make day to day life difficult. Experience and perception of cancer treated children go through the ordeal and many changes, from which it is necessary to set out first of all the positives that indicate to children. Child's oncological treatment has an impact on relationships within a family. Relationship between five children and their parents has been already consolidated during treatment. In looking at six siblings relationships, it was noted that three of them became stronger, however two children became alienated from their siblings. Relating to relationships between these children and their classmates no negative response showed up, they were supported by a class. In regards to relationships between friends, children did not lose contact with them, their friends supported them and keep in touch with them by means such as the Internet, letters or visits. The results show that awareness about social benefits and assistance options is very satisfying. A social coordinator provides high-quality counseling and support for children and their parents. The thesis confirmed the fact that issues related to oncological treatment bring a lot of changes in the field of child's vital needs. The thesis could serve parents whose children become ill and it could serve as a valuable source of information for others who know a child who is fighting oncological disease.

This thesis is a study of connection between globalization, culture and Islam. The main goal is to bring basic definition of the mentioned phenomena and try to show theoretical facts, show the linking. The thesis brings the main theories and facts which are good for understanding present and also potential evolution of the cultural co-existence in terms of globalization. In the section which concerns globalization, the thesis is related mainly with political, economical, social, demographical, ecological and cultural characteristics and especially with their influence on intersections of Islam and Western cultural traditions. The chapters which are related to Islam try to deal mainly with the sources and pillars of Islam, special attention is payed on the cultural influences. In the end my thesis summarises all knowledge and tries to bring new alternatives of coexistence of civilizations, cultures or even shows new and other ways of future research. My thesis notes in particular the need of further exploration of possible alternatives to the coexistence of different cultural patterns, their penetration, the severity of possible overlaps of the issue to the mutual relations of different worlds within the meaning of civilization and culture. The work is also considering the possibility that there will not be...

Third order moment characteristics for spatial point processes
Verchière, Didier ; Prokešová, Michaela (advisor) ; Pawlas, Zbyněk (referee)
Moment characteristics are widely used for the statistical analysis of spatial point processes. Standard summary statistics used for the analysis of point processes are of first and second order (intensity, K -function, pair-correlation function...). Nonetheless, none of these characteristics describes the distribution of a point pattern completely. Higher order characteristics such as third-order characteristics can give more information about the spatial interactions. Two such characteristics have already been studied: the z -function (Moller et. al. 98) and the T -function (Schladitz, Baddeley 2000). Key words: T -function, z -function , third order moment characteristics.

Information system for research groups
Hrabal, Jan ; Hnětynka, Petr (referee) ; Kofroň, Jan (advisor)
The main goal of this work is the design and implementation of the application framework BUNO. This framework helps to make the development of applications easier and therefore faster. The framework is universal enough to be used as part of web, desktop and server applications, implemented in Java language. The framework's architecture is designed according to the MVC pattern. The storages are used for persisting the data objects. The storages allows the application to be migrated among several platforms without the need of recompiling. Control layer divides the application algorithms into actions and defines the navigation among them. The view layer implements a lot of GUI components and allows the developer to create his own components. Framework dále podporuje vývoj samostatných funkcních celku, tzv. komponent. Components serve for easier integration with other applications. More services, such as logging and error handling are provided. There are also some tools included, which can create source codes from the deployment descriptors of the components etc. This work includes desing, implementation and description of the framework. A sample application will be part of this work. The application will demonstrate using of the framework services.
