87 Abstract Title of thesis: Rationalization of European regulation framework Abstract The purpose of my thesis is to analyse European legal system and evaluate positive aspects of Better Regulation Strategy on the rationalization of European legal system. Main shortcomings of the current European legal system are identified in enormous number of legal acts that are low quality, misunderstandable, inconsistent and incoherent in parallel. These features have a negative impact on implementation of individual legal obligations and on low effectiveness of the European legal system. The thesis is composed of three chapters. Chapter One is introductory and describes the Legal framework for the Approximation of Laws according to Chapter III of Title VII "Common Rules on Competition, Taxation and Approximation of Laws in the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (hereinafter "TFEU"). Part Two deals with methodologies that are applied for the Approximation of Laws. Part Three focuses on the division of Legislative powers between EU institutions and Member States. Chapter Two provides an outline for secondary legislation with its distinction based on whether or not legally binding legal acts are. Evaluation of LMS Moodle's functionality for the purpose of supporting the application administrator

This bachelor thesis deals with administrator environment of the Learning Management System Moodle. The aim is to provide a basic outline of the alternatives for administrative tools supporting the learning procedure in Moodle and to create a user's guide for LMS Moodle. The characterisation focuses on the administration of users, courses, modules, appearances, security and some other basic settings. A brief survey on functioning of the system among Czech universities is also a part of this thesis. Finally I give a summary of over-all advantages and disadvantages of LMS Moodle and its suitability for business sector. The survey shows the users' level of satisfaction and their abilities in operating LMS Moodle in accordance with their user's status (administrator, teacher or student). The last chapter centres on the new Moodle for mobile technologies. The actual survey and the description of advantages and disadvantages of e-learning are attached.

The main aim was to create an analysis of the current system of funding tertiary education of the Russian Federation and the definition of proposals for improvement. The purpose of the first part is to summaries the economic aspects of higher education. The second chapter is strictly focused on the research and is devoted to the characteristics of higher education in terms of funding.

Inflation of virtual currencies

This papers examines formation of prices in virtual economy World of Warcraft, and its interconnection with real economy through Real Money Trade - exchange of in-game currency for real cash. Paper nds, that WoW economy is heavily leveraged through this channel, namely that it determines price level within the game. It empirically shows that causes of long-run in ation of currency are EUR/CNY FX rate and patches issued by game operator. Later on author builds general microeconomic model of arti cial scarcity, to explain motivation of game operator to in ate own currency. Last chapter is devoted to potential of virtual currencies, argumenting with thoughts of Karl Menger, that these currencies may be able to compete with real ones. Paper heavily relies on unique data, collected using software developed by author.

Feedback Analysis in Didactic Interaction of Top Basketball Teams

Title: Feedback Analysis in Didactic Interaction of Top Basketball Teams Goals of the thesis: Find out the tendency in providing of feedback in practise of top basketball teams. Method: The research is provided by direct unparticipation observation. Testing procedure is proceeded by using categorial system in practises. Measured exemplar are six practises of random selected teams in men's first division in year 2009/10. Results: The results shows which kinds of feedback and social interactional forms are used in practise the most frequent and if the qualities of the feedback are correct with regard to theories of different authors. The Role of Information and Communication in Organisations Diagnostic Tools of Information and Communication Processes The thesis has the objective to explore the interaction of the terms information and communication in organizational settings, and to identify their common characteristics and direct mutual influence. By introducing settings with open and closed communication climates, and diagnostic tools of communication and information audits, the author highlights the mutual overlap of these terms. The first part of the thesis provides an introduction into the theoretical terms information and communication as used in the historical context of their mother disciplines, identifies their similarities and differences, and, most importantly, highlights the long-term intense overlap of these terms at various levels. The second part goes on to introduce the basic forms of organizational structures affecting information transfer, i.e. direction, speed and accuracy of formal and informal information flows in organizational communication networks. The second chapter analyzes the state of payment balance between Czech Republic and Russian Federation and development of the mutual trade in services. The third chapter aims to present Czech export opportunities, priority regions in Russian Federation and specifies strong, weak and risk aspects of its market.

The first chapter of my bachelor thesis deals with the general characteristics of Mexico. The second chapter is about the economic situation and the next chapter characterizes the Mexican market. The aim of my thesis is to explain the overall framework about Mexico and to process the information about the economic and political background. I also characterize Mexicans and their culture by means of the Hofstede index and my own experience as well.

Business and economic relationships between Czech republic and Russian federation

The Bachelor thesis "Business and economic relationships between Czech republic and Russian Federation" is concerned with the recent relationship between Czech Republic and the Russian Federation, specifically aiming to be a review of their development in the last years. The work contains a case study of a Czech company that has been exporting buses to the Russian market for a long time. The work is divided in three parts. The first one describes the general aspects of the relationship between CR and RF, it includes e.g. general agreements and presents the main features of the Russian market. The second part deals with the international business cooperation between CR and RF and specifics of a Russian market. Finally the last part is about a concrete company as an example of a czech and russian cooperation.
