Web Application for Finding Sports Teammates

This thesis is resolving a proposal of web application used for searching sport playmates. The goal is to develop elementary proposal with easy use. The emphasis is also put on the effectivity and speed of the whole system. Thesis is focusing on user research and feedback from users. The resulting application allows to search quickly and effectively for a sport playmate, whole team or trainer.

My bachelor thesis is concerned with the education of top management in small and medium enterprises focused on “soft skills“ and team cooperation. The study concludes with particular proposals of education modules to help the top management become more effective and beneficial. The analysis of educational needs proceeds from questionnaire investigations, subsequent evaluation and finding the most convenient alternatives of educational platform and techniques clearing the way of raising effectiveness in team and general behaviour of top management.

Conflicts within the working groups and teams

The author aims at the topic of working groups and teams. He focused concretely on the conflicts that can arise within them. The first part of paper is devoted to the explanation of basic concepts, on which is based this work. The author introduce step by step with the issue of conflicts and their basic typology, defining the working group compared to the team and the role of both in human life, as well as communication and interpersonal interactions as integral parts of two previous concepts. In the core of the work are mentioned the basic causes of conflict in the labour collectives in the form of group composition, relationships, and interactions, methods of management or leadership, and also personal settings. At the conclusion of this crucial part of paper are discussed and presented modern phenomena of bullying in the workplace called mobbing and bossing. The last part of theory is devoted to the consequences and implications that these conflicts can cause not only for humans but for the whole group, hence the organization. The whole work is finished by a list of possible methods to investigate this issue and also the specific research proposals.

Evaluation of the Success of selected game skills in mens Volleyball extraleague

Title: Evaluation of the Success of selected game skills in mens Volleyball extraleague Keywords: volleyball, serve, pass, success, player, team Objectives: The primary goal of this bachelor's thesis, was to comparison of two types of serves, namely jump float and jump spin serves and in addition, comparison of its passes. The secondary objective was the analysis of these two serves and reception of the ball which were assessted based on a scale of serve and a pass. Methods: To construct the analysis, data was collected and imputed to table using strokes. The data was obteined by closely monitoring games from match recordings. Furthermore, in order to analyse the data correctly, the game had to be split into individual sections of serves, passes and subsequent sets. The last method that was used in this work was the evaluatin scale, both for serves and passes. Results: The results were noted for clarity in graphs and tables, where they were commented.

Origin and development of women's ice hockey

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is a summary of women's ice hockey from history to the present in the world and in our country. The main goal is therefore an overall analysis of the development of this sport, how women's hockey was created and developed, when it experienced the greatest boom and when, on the contrary, it declined. The secondary goal is to outline the development of the rules and summarize the current situation of women's hockey. In the beginning of the thesis, a brief description of this sport is given and the origin of hockey is described. Furthermore, the most famous women's hockey names are mentioned here, and at the end of the work, the differences between the rules of women's and men's ice hockey are defined. Social Work in Hospic and Palliative Care

The thesis aims to identify the positives and negatives of a hospice multidisciplinary team. The first part of the thesis focuses on an academic approach to palliative and hospice care. Specifically, it defines the concept of a team and its diversity. Moreover, it illustrates the ethical issues and dilemmas occurring in hospice care. The second part of the thesis is interview-based research of particular members of multidisciplinary hospice care teams whose objective is to find their opinion on the possible weaknesses and strengths in their teamwork background. The research also focuses on the ethical issues and dilemmas hospice workers face.

Endings in team supervision

An ending in supervision is always an important moment. What precedes it and what goes on during it? The thesis focuses on endings in team supervision and explores how these endings can be affected by John Bowlby's concept of attachement and the developmetal sequence model of small groups by Bruce Tuckman. It uses a qualitative interview analysis to describe individual cases, that are summarized and compared to the available literature that focuses on the theme of endings in supervision. Implementation of team supervision in an organisation

The bachelor thesis deals with implementation of team supervision in the organization, the presentation of this process is the goal of the work. In the first chapter is specificated the topic of supervision in social work as such, including the definition of terms, objectives, functions and forms of supervision. Within this part, supervision is set in the environment of social work and social services in the Czech Republic. The next part of the work is devoted to the team supervision as one of the forms of supervision, as well as the definition of the supervision contract, the team and the role of the supervisor in team supervision. Follows a detailed description of the process of implementing team supervision in the organization, the environment of the organization and organizational culture is approached. The implementation of the team supervision is demonstrated on a specific example of the introduction of team supervision in the Ledax Home Hospice service of Ledax o.p.s. and this concrete process is evaluated in relation to its theoretical definition in the previous parts of the work on the basis of selected criteria.

The Outdoor Escape Game in Biology Teaching for the 6th Grade of Elementary School

The topic of the diploma thesis is an outdoor escape game and the possibility of its inclusion in the teaching of Biology in the sixth grade of elementary school. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The aim of the theoretical part is to describe the elements and process of the classic escape game, outdoor escape game and its use in education. The thesis approaches the history of escape games, geocaching and the educational trail, including elements used in outdoor escape games. The thesis provides an overview of basic ciphers that can be used in escape games. The goal of the practical part is to create my own digital outdoor escape game using the Glitr application, which will be tested in practice. The game aims to revise and expand the knowledge gained in Biology lessons and to develop key competences. The practical part describes individual elements of the application, their possible use and the process of creating outdoor escape games. The theme of the game is insects with a connection to the history of the city of Klecany. It also includes a description of the individual locations and tasks used in the game. Person-centered Care in Residential Care Facility for the Elderly

The aim of this thesis is to identify and to describe barriers to the implementation of person-centered care in specific residential care facility for the elderly. For this purpose, the author firstly conceptualizes the concept of person-centered care. Consequently, she develops the Framework for conducting research. The theoretical portion consists of five chapters. The first chapter focuses on the person- centered care concept introduction, then it describes the relationship between concepts 'individualization of care' and 'person-centered care'. In the conclusion of the first chapter, the Schema of the concept is introduced. The Schema visualizes the structure for chapters two to five. In those chapters, a description of the systems defined in the Schema is provided. Those are: Care Recipients, Direct Care Actors, and Service Providers. The end of the first part brings the topic of a suitable organizational culture.
