Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem zavedení týmové supervize v organizaci, představení tohoto procesu je cílem práce. V první kapitole je specifikováno téma supervize v sociální práci jako takové včetně vymezení termínu, cílů, funkcí a forem supervize. V rámci této části je supervize zasazena do prostředí sociální práce a sociálních služeb v České republice. Další část práce se věnuje týmové supervizi jako jedné z forem supervize, dále vymezení supervizního kontraktu, týmu a role supervizora při týmové supervizi. Navazuje detailní popis procesu zavádění týmové supervize v organizaci, je přiblíženo prostředí organizace a organizační kultura. Přestavení procesu zavedení týmové supervize je demonstrováno na konkrétním příkladu zavedení týmové supervize ve službě Domácí hospic Ledax společnosti Ledax o.p.s., kdy toto představení je doplněno o zhodnocení tohoto konkrétního procesu ve vztahu k jeho teoretickému vymezení v předchozích částech práce na základě vybraných kritérií. The bachelor thesis deals with implementation of team supervision in the organization, the presentation of this process is the goal of the work. In the first chapter is specificated the topic of supervision in social work as such, including the definition of terms, objectives, functions and forms of supervision. Within this part, supervision is set in the environment of social work and social services in the Czech Republic. The next part of the work is devoted to the team supervision as one of the forms of supervision, as well as the definition of the supervision contract, the team and the role of the supervisor in team supervision. Follows a detailed description of the process of implementing team supervision in the organization, the environment of the organization and organizational culture is approached. The implementation of the team supervision is demonstrated on a specific example of the introduction of team supervision in the Ledax Home Hospice service of Ledax o.p.s. and this concrete process is evaluated in relation to its theoretical definition in the previous parts of the work on the basis of selected criteria.
