Interconnectedness of the personnel work with the strategy of the organization (The leisure time centres in the Czech Republic)

Strategic human resource management is an approach that is closely related to the strategic organizational management, thus it is in accordance with the given objectives and goals of the organization leading to its permanent development and efficiency as a whole. The diploma work aims to find out whether the leisure time centres in the Czech Republic are in terms of human resources managed strategically. The theoretical part of the diploma work defines the terms concerning personnel activities and strategic organizational management in the context of specifications of an educational institution like a leisure time centre and/or similar one. The research deals with the interconnection between the personnel activity performance in an organization and an organizational strategy. Further on, it discloses aspects and features of the strategic human resource management in a leisure time centre and/or organizations of a similar type. It also focuses on possible agreement between the human resource management policies in the investigated organizations and the chosen human resource management models. SWOT analysis in the field of personnel planning in Children and Youth Centre and Leisure Centre in Pardubice region

The main task of the master thesis is the applicaton of the SWOT analysis in personnel planning for Children and Youth Centre and Leisure Centre in Pardubice region. Theoretical part is focused on definiton of HR planning notion including development phases. In the work, more details of HR planning in the market environment and in schools and educational organizations are discussed. Thoretical part of the work is also focused on SWOT analysis, development of the method, realization, utilization of the method, advantages and disadvantages of the method and the use of the method in the school environment. In the practical part of the thesis quantitative and qualitative research method is applied to achieve the goals of the research. Results of both methods are presented including their evaluation. The diploma thesis deals with the problems of strategic management in the organizations of leisure activities education. It is based on present theoretical knowledge from this field and also its application in organizations. Besides general facts, it presents system of steps necessary for their application of effective management and development of non-profit organization with a view of long-term sustainability. The thesis brings detected results analysis from questionnaire survey about present condition of strategic management in focused organizations and also preview of its possible ways of further efficiency increase in the condition of these school facilities. It offers material to the organizations which want to find journey of change and inspiration for those who want to find further possibilities. Factors Affecting the Profesion Development of the Head of DDM and SVČ in the Pardubice region

This thesis deals with a topic that factors influencing the professional development of school principals. Its aim is to determine the quantitative and qualitative research which factors and to what extent the professional development of directors house of children and youth and leisure centers (the DDM and SVČ) in the Pardubice region influence. The core issue is the continuing education of directors DDM and SVČ, whether in their professional development in further education. The thesis also includes a six-year term of office, which can have a significant impact on the professional development of directors of DDM and SVČ. Research suggests that the Director of SVC and DDM most important factor that affects their professional development, continuing education. The research results are used in the field of school management and management education as an extension of knowledge about the work of the directors of DDM and SVČ and their professional development, which is negatively and positively influenced by various factors. Media influence on deciding of the possibilities of spending free time

The aim of thesis "The media impact on the decision of the possibilities of spending freetime" is to determine through what channels, public gathers informations about leisure opportunities. It can help the centers of freetime to get media exposure as an opportunity for their development to help freetime centers to perceive media as an opportunity for their further development. Theoretical part introduces readers with the theme how media acts with society, especially with family, children and parents. It also deals with freetime time centers, the reader will be familiar with their characteristics for a good orientation in the following practical part. It also deals with various tool of so- called "communication mix", which is then applied in the practical part of the draft, as an "Communication strategy of DDM in Prague 9". The experimental part is based on a statistical methods of market research, particularly a questionnaire survey. This market research dealt with the effects of media on people's freetime in three locations - Prague, Zlín and Mikulov. Build the centre for free time activities considering the theory of vitality

The Thesis deals with development of the specific educational centre for free time activities. The Theory part focuses first on the Pyramid of vitality and the Pyramid of culture explaining their nature. Next, Educational centres for free time activities are dealt with. The Practical part is devoted to how the Educational centres realize individual parts of the Pyramids. Based on the Theory part, outputs of questionnaires and experience of the Heads of the centres, instructions for keeping the centres alive and prosperious were suggested.

Thesis "The infringement of law-given regulations hen creating inner rules (for clu bor camps) in dependence on law-awarness of the autors" describes the relation between the frequency of violationg legal regulations and the legal awareness of their authors. This thesis procedí from the theoretical baseof legal regulations obligatory for lemure organizations. Apart from general theories this work consists of analysis of a questionnaire surfy in lemure centres as well as a kontent analysis of written documents (inner rules, club rules and camp rules). The thesis also offers alternatives of further improvements in this area.
