Závěrečná bakalářská práce na téma: "Porušování právních předpisů při tvorbě vnitřních (klubových, táborových) řádů - v závislosti na právním povědomí tvůrců" se zabývá závislostí četnosti porušování právních předpisů na právním povědomí jejich tvůrců. Práce vychází z teoretických poznatků zákonných předpisů platných pro organizace zabývající se volnočasovými aktivitami a zájmovým vzděláváním. Mimo obecných teorií práce přináší analýzu zjištěných výsledků dotazníkového průzkumu ve střediscích volného času a obsahovou analýzu vzorku písemných dokumentů - vnitřních, klubových a táborových řádů. V závěru nabízí náhled na možné cesty dalšího zlepšení stavu v této oblasti. Thesis "The infringement of law-given regulations hen creating inner rules (for clu bor camps) in dependence on law-awarness of the autors" describes the relation between the frequency of violationg legal regulations and the legal awareness of their authors. This thesis procedí from the theoretical baseof legal regulations obligatory for lemure organizations. Apart from general theories this work consists of analysis of a questionnaire surfy in lemure centres as well as a kontent analysis of written documents (inner rules, club rules and camp rules). The thesis also offers alternatives of further improvements in this area.
