Skála, Vít ; Potůček, Martin (advisor) ; Kalous, Jaroslav (referee)
The topic of this thesis seems to be very actual and demanded. The active role of all the participants confirms it. It was proved the countryside has to solve a lot of serious problems. The mayors are those, who have to carry this burdens and responsibility for solutions. Nevertheless they don't have enough resources especially financial, personal and social to effectively solve the problems. Thus they are more under pressure of actual problems than on the place of strategic planning. Meeting this disappointing conditions there are some problems at some villages satisfactorily solved. The big role is assigned to active inhabitants, which have their own inner motivation not connected to any material reward. Building relationships with them and proclaiming proud that they are inhabitants of "our" village is one of the ways how to build social capital.
