Title: Identification and Comparison of Selected Physical Fitness Parameters in Members of the Integrated Rescue System Aims of the thesis: The main aim of this thesis was to identify the level of selected indicators of physical performance or physical fitness in members of selected Integrated Rescue System (IRS) units. Another aim is to objectify the determinants in order to clarify the achieved performance with subsequent comparison between selected IRS units. Within the Fire and Rescue Service (FRS) component to identify and highlight the type of physical training with the greatest effect on the level of selected physical fitness parameters. Methods: In the present study, selected parameters of body composition (Tanita MC-980MA), postural stability (RS Footscan), flexibility (Sed and reach), isometric muscle strength of upper and lower limbs (Groinbar), isokinetic strength of knee flexors and extensors (Cybex Humac Norm), dynamic strength of lower limbs (Kistler) and selected parameters of aerobic fitness (Cortex Metalyzer 3B) were evaluated. Issues of effectiveness and relevance of evaluation in the environment of educational organization

The aim of the final bachelor's thesis is to describe the approaches in employee appraisal and to consider its relevance and effectiveness on the basis of these sources. The research part of the thesis includes a questionnaire survey which focuses on examining the form of teaching staff appraisal, its effectiveness and relevance. The aim of the investigation is to quantitatively analyse the approaches to staff appraisal in different educational organisations and to map its impact on staff. The thesis examines whether it is even possible and appropriate to evaluate staff performance in an educational organisation setting and to take steps to improve effectiveness based on this evaluation. Effective appraisal aims at implementing measures that promote and maintain satisfactory job performance and prevent poor performance. It enables the organization to set up an internal system of employee training, or to identify the need for external training, and process improvement, to decide on the relevance of employee pay and job classification. Appraisal allows to detect the potential of employees to be promoted to a position where they can better use their competences and motivate them with career advancement. The main target of this thesis is to describe and explore the process of performance management and evaluation of teachers in nursery school. The theoretical part looks into the basics of personal work, especially its core activities - the performance management and evaluation of work performance of employees. As a component of this theoretical part is the specifications of these personnel activities in schools and school facilities. When it was found in literature also in nursery schools. The analytical part is related to the research in an environment of nursery schools, its target was to analyze whether and how is the process of performance management implemented to teachers and how is set up a system of evaluation. Analysis of the content of work performance of pedagogical workers in pre-primary education

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the governance of educational staff output in the nursery environment. The thesis highlights the need for governance based on the control of human resources agreed between the nursery director and the educational staff regarding the future work output. The theoretical part is concerned with the interactions between governance and personal work effort. The key terms of personal work effort, governance and the content of work output are defined in accordance with expert literature. The practical part deals with research investigations within the nursery environment with the aim of analysing the governance of educational staff. It will provide information as to whether nursery directors have formal governance contract in place with their staff with respect to the expected work output and whether the educational staff have a plan of personal development. It will additionaly analyse how both nursery directors and educational staff use the assessment of their future work and whether the staff are provided with feedback. A questionnaire will be used to enable the research. Based on the questionnaire results a semi-structured interview with the nursery director and analysis of nursery documents will be conducted.
Problems of alcoholism in relation to working life

The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of alcoholism in relation to working life. First, the attention is paid to alcoholism itself in terms of its conception, process and an individual who suffers from it. Then the thesis focuses on three possible causes of alcoholism associated with working life, which are stress, tolerant environment to alcohol consumption and unemployment. The attention is also aimed at high-risk professions of hospitality workers, laborers, medics and artists; it also deals with the impact of alcoholism on job performances of both an alcoholic and his colleagues. The thesis is also concerned with the problem of alcohol in the workplace in terms of the Labour Code and the employer sanctions. This topic is illustrated by a specific example of an employer procedure in addressing problems with alcohol in the workplace. Besides, the thesis addresses the issue of alcoholism prevention in connection with working life. In the end, the theoretical findings are illustrated by an alcoholic's work experiences as well as with the perspective of an individual who was in a close working contact with an alcoholic.
Applying coaching practice management kindergartens under one founder

This thesis is devoted to coaching, which is a relatively new trend in the field of people leadership, explaining what the experiences with this tool of development are in the current practice in kindergartens management. The theoretical part summarizes the findings from the literature depicting the topic of coaching in different contexts - dealing with the issue of human resource management and changes in manager's approach to the performance management. The practical part presents results of a questionnaire-based research for a broader look at the issue and the results of the qualitative approach implemented through structured interviews, life-history method and document analysis. This thesis introduces us to the areas in which the coaching method was successful in employee's development in a professional or personal level, as well as in development of the director, the whole team and the organization. School Administration Motivating Teachers - a Case Study

The current situation on the labor market is not easy for any organization, there is little free labor, but it is possible to work to ensure that employees are satisfied. The aim of this diploma thesis was to find weaknesses in the motivation of employees by management and to propose recommendations to increase the motivation of teachers in a selected primary school. Methodologically, a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire survey were used in the work. In the examined school, the motivation of employees is mainly based on the school management or colleagues. Motivation by the school management is rather random, as the potential of various motivational tools is not used. There are shortcomings in the transparency of remuneration, in the provision of remuneration for voluntary or similar activities, this leads to misunderstandings or feelings of injustice with remuneration. Communication problems, which are mainly related to the lack of feedback, have a demotivating effect, and there are problems in conflicts with parents, when the school management does not provide sufficient support to teachers in such a case. The diploma thesis deals with the job satisfaction of pedagogical employees working in elementary and high schools in the Vysočina Region. The main goal of the thesis is to ascertain how are the pedagogical employees in the elementary and high schools of the Vysočina District overall satisfied with individual aspects of the selected outside factors of job satisfaction. The next goal of the thesis is to compare job satisfaction of pedagogical employees in the individual aspects of the selected outside factors. In the theoretical part, the thesis is focused on the theories of job satisfactions and the relationship between job satisfaction and work performance. Furthermore, the thesis deals with selected outside factors, which influence job satisfaction. The investigation is carried out in the selected elementary and high schools in the Vysočina Region. To obtain the necessary data, a non-standardized questionnaire of job satisfaction was created, which was then filled in by 149 teachers of both elementary and high schools in the Vysočina Region.
