Nonfinancial remuneration of teachers in preprimary education

The thesis deals with non-financial remuneration of teachers in pre-primary education . The introductory part is devoted to a general definition of basic concepts, the theory of human resources and remuneration. The next section is characterized by financial and non-financial forms of remuneration . There are specified the different types of rewards . The final section analyzes the choice of the most efficient and preferred forms of non-financial reward teaching staff of pre-primary education . It compares the views and preferences of headmasters and teachers.
Recruitment and selection of pedagogical employees in kindergarten

The diploma thesis deals with the personnel management practices of recruitment and selection of employees. The theoretical part provides a brief description of the development of human resources management and an outline of the constituent personnel management practices. The steps undertaken by an organisation in the process of recruitment of employees are described thoroughly, from identifying job openings till designing and publishing a job advertisement. The main methods of employee selection are mentioned, followed by a more detailed description of the selection interview. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on the field of pre-primary education. It examines the current circumstances of recruitment and selection of pedagogical employees in selected kindergartens in Prague. It investigates which methods and techniques are used in these personnel management practices and it scrutinizes the factors that influence them. The results of the inquiry show that the recruitment and selection of pedagogues are executed on an adequate level in the selected schools. The schools use their internal capacities to perform these tasks and they apply a combination of methods. This final work deals with personnel activities in respect of defining the most frequent personnel risks at work of a secondary school headteacher. It proceeds from studying specialized literature to this subject matter and from a survey made among secondary school headteachers in the Liberec region. This work offers secondary school headteachers information about possible personnel risks with regard to personnel activities those risks are related with. Analysis of the content of work performance of pedagogical workers in pre-primary education

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the governance of educational staff output in the nursery environment. The thesis highlights the need for governance based on the control of human resources agreed between the nursery director and the educational staff regarding the future work output. The theoretical part is concerned with the interactions between governance and personal work effort. The key terms of personal work effort, governance and the content of work output are defined in accordance with expert literature. The practical part deals with research investigations within the nursery environment with the aim of analysing the governance of educational staff. It will provide information as to whether nursery directors have formal governance contract in place with their staff with respect to the expected work output and whether the educational staff have a plan of personal development. It will additionaly analyse how both nursery directors and educational staff use the assessment of their future work and whether the staff are provided with feedback. A questionnaire will be used to enable the research. Based on the questionnaire results a semi-structured interview with the nursery director and analysis of nursery documents will be conducted.
Workers's adaptation in a small organization

Dissertation deals with an analysis of an adaptation process in a small organization. It handles placing of the adaptation process into a context of human resources activities. Individual areas of the adaptation are specified - working adaptation, social adaptation and adaptation to a company culture. Also aims of the adaptation, factors influencing the process of adaptation in the company, planning and management of the adaptation are specified. The process of adaptation, elements and tools used during creation of the adaptation process are described. The dissertation includes the survey analyzing the process of adaptation in small organizations and describes the specifics identified.
Application of Bata's Management

The Bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of Bata's system of personnel management in comparison with contemporary theoretical bases. Furthermore, it provides its comparison with personnel management of 2N TELEKOMUNIKACE a.s., a company which openly follows Bata's legacy and applies Bata's principles on the company management. The analysis of Bata's management system covers the period of 1921-1939, when the company was neither under the influence of war military contracts nor political and historical situation in Czechoslovakia after year 1939. Education of employees in the multicultural organization

Résumé This thesis focuses on the education of employees in international corporations. Its aim is to introduce this problem in a broader context, especially that of international business. Firstly, in this work an international corporation is understood as an organisation, firm or company in which individuals of many different cultural backgrounds meet and interact. Therefore, the thesis also occupies itself with subcategorie of cultural theories, the characterization of an international corporation as such and, moreover, international personal management with an emphasis on managing expatriates. However, the most attention is paid to certain educational specifics of international corporations. The processes of adaptation and reintegration are described in detail as are the problems of intercultural learning and intercultural training. To conclude, this thesis attempts to summarize theoretical bases and to bring forth new ideas on the basis of study available Czech and foreign literature in the context of the given issue.
