COMPARISON CRITERIA BANKRUPTCY PROCEEDINGS Final work is focused on the realization of the insolvency proceedings in the Usti region in the posts of headmasters. As part of the research were approached founders of schools and school facilities for municipalities and county. The reference period bankruptcy proceedings 2014. The aim is to determine whether the founders - bankruptcy committee bankrupt, or if you use a pre-determined its other other selection criteria for candidates outside the criteria that are set by the law - Law no. 561/2004 Sb. on preschool, elementary, secondary, vocational and other training, as amended (the Education Act), the implementing decree no. 54/2005 Coll., on the particulars of the bankruptcy proceedings and bankruptcy committees, Law no. 563/2004 ., on teaching staff, as amended (the Act on Educational Staff). Newly findings from the survey are compared with the results of the investigation and thesis - Bankruptcy proceedings as director of schools in the Central Region, Ing. M. The content is based on specialized literature, results of questionnaire research done with the municipal founders and also the directors of elementary schools and kindergartens, and practical experience. The partial objective of this work is to confirm or alternatively disprove hypotheses regarding the evaluation of the directors at elementary schools and kindergartens by municipal founders (evaluation according to criteria, evaluation as a motivational factor), based on mapping the methods of assessment of the directors and the criteria currently applied by the founders. Trends in development of private kindergartens on the territory of the capital city of Prague in 2001 - 2015

1 ABSTRACT The dissertation is focused on analysis of the preschool education in the kindergartens founded by private founders on the territory of the capital city of Prague in 2001-2015 with emphasis on performance indicators, trends in development and specific aspects of this level of education. During the mentioned period, the number of new private kindergartens considerably increased. The private kindergartens represent a segment of preschool education which has been absent in the Czech Republic for a long time and which could secure varied offer of education including alternative approach, above-standard or non- standard concepts of the preschool education. Kindergartens represent the very first educational institution, which any child normally faces to, and which serves as a systematic field for education. The capital city of Prague has been chosen as a key-region of the Czech Republic with high level of dynamic changes and economic potential which also have influence on development of the preschool education.

Comparison of relationships beetwen founders and headmasters of primary schools in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic

The objective of the thesis is an analysis, description and subsequent comparison of different aspects in relationships between the founders and the headmasters of primary schools, and subsequently a presentation of possible differences and similarities in these relationships in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia, in both legal and non-legal framework; and a description of the real situation of these relationships more than 20 years after the dissolution of Czechoslovakia. The starting point for the research are relevant legal regulations, such as acts of parliament, delegated legislation and specific legal and other documents concerning founders of private and denominational schools. The Czech and Slovak educational systems had the same development since the foundation of Czechoslovakia in 1918. After the dissolution of Czechoslovak federation the development and changes in Czech and Slovak educational systems had a different, separate development. The relationship between the school founder and its headmaster has significant influence on the school activities and direction. The thesis describes similarities and differences in these relationships in both countries and points out possibilities for mutual inspirations.

The impact of selected external sources of feedback on activities of school principals

This bachelor's thesis is aimed to learn how particular external sources of feedback affect the work of a headmaster in particular schools of the Liberec Region. We paid attention primarily to the external sources of feedback that may affect educational process. So we paid the most attention not only to the external sources providing external evaluation, such as the Czech School Inspectorate, school authorities, but also to sources providing information from national and international examinations in the measurement of students' education outcomes, or external sources providing results of unified entrance exams and school leaving exams. Research investigation had the character of qualitative research the main method of which was an interview which was subsequently transcribed into protocols and which was further analyzed, interpreted, and evaluated. Influence of founder on school quality

The diploma thesis deals with a specific area in school management, namely the influence of the founder on the quality of the school. The basic content of this work is the relationship between the founder and the school and the influence of the founder on the quality of the school according to the criteria of a quality school of the Czech School Inspectorate. The work, based on the sources of work, defines the basic and related concepts with the management of the school, describes the differences in the management of the school with regard to its founder. Specifically, it monitors a public school, where the founder is a municipality, and a church school, where the founder is a church legal entity of a registered church, as the schools of these founders are the subject of research. The thesis describes the criteria of a quality school of the Czech School Inspectorate and also presents documents that regulate the relationship between the founder and the school principal and set requirements for the quality of the school abroad, specifically in the Slovak Republic. Relationship of the founder and director of pre-primary education in the Pilsen region.

The Diploma thesis dealing with the relation between a founder and a director of pre-school education management in the Pilsen region, aims to evaluate a system of kindergartens, which are independent contributory organizations and whose founder is a municipality. To find out what competences the founder has in relation to a kindergarten, in which spheres the founder cooperates with a director. How the founder evaluates director's work, if he does control activities and if he works with outputs of the control bodies, especially the Czech School Inspectorate.To find out what the competences of a kindergarten director are, whether he is supported by the founder or not. To find out how the cooperation between the founders and the directors of kindergartens is evaluated by inspectors of the Czech School Inspectorate who are specialized in pre-primary education and work in the Pilsen Inspectorate of the ČSI.
