Feasibility Study of Glutten-Free Pizzeria Establishing

In this work, I deal with whether it is possible to build a competitive gluten-free pizzeria that will directly compete with normal pizzerias, and even try to offer lower prices and build a certain competitive advantage. The work consists of three parts. In the first part I will focus only on the theoretical part of the issue of business and building a business. The second part contains mainly analyzes of customers and competitors. The third part contains a design of a gluten-free pizzeria based on the findings from the previous two parts.

Vertically polarized Yagi antenna with magnetic dipole

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the principles of operation and simulation of planar Yagi antennas with a magnetic dipole. Simulation of electromagnetic field was performed in the simulator CST MICROWAVE STUDIO (CST MWS). The project compares results of simulations of several types of Yagi antennas. These antennas can be used for the communication along the living tissue (on-body communication).

Reconfigurable slot antenna array

This master's thesis deals with the basic principles of slot antennas. Models of antennas were simulated in a selected electromagnetic simulator CST MICROWAVE STUDIO (CST MWS). There are several models of slot antennas which are optimized for communication in the car at a frequency 8 GHz.

The diploma thesis focuses on the expansion of business activities for the advertising company Afinita, s. r. o., which specialises in the printing and production of promotional items. The main goal of the company is to develop its business activities, increase profits and strengthen competitiveness. The diploma thesis includes an analysis of the current state of the company and its industry. Finally, the return on investment will be evaluated and a new business model will be created.

Aggregate prices of building structures

For a simplified calculation of the price of work I propose methodology of creating aggregated items, so that to calculate the price of an object wouldn´t take not more than one hour, while the final price would be with the least deviation from the exercise price. The accuracy and performance will be assessed on two objects. Their price will be calculated and based on the proposed methodology.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Selected Company

The bachelor´s thesis focuses on financial analysis of the company EST Stage Technology, a.s. It contains a theoretical part, a practical part and proposals for improvement of the situation in the company. Analysis of current condition specifies external and internal factors, computation of methods and their interpretation. Based on the results, potential solutions that can lead to enhancement of the situation have been proposed.

In my master s thesis I concern the business plan proposal of establishing a sheep farm as amended by Act no. 252/2997, concerning agriculture. This proposal arises from a theoretical description of the business and involves the procedure by which the inception of the farm can be realized.
