Ve své práci se budu zabývat rozvojem společnosti Iveco Czech Republic, a. s. Cílem je vyhodnotit současnou situaci společnosti a na základě těchto výsledků navrhnout možnosti, jakými směry by se společnost měla ubírat, aby došlo k jejímu dalšímu rozvoji. My thesis is engaged in business development of company Iveco Czech Republic, s.r.o. I would like to review current situation and then work up plan how to improve this situation.
