The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the subject of marketing communication of BM Fitness Havlíčkův Brod sports club. It aims particularly at sales promotion and advertising, whose principles are explained in the first, theoretical part of the thesis. The practical part examines and evaluates the current state of the company. The last chapter introduces own suggestions and recommendations for improving the marketing strategy of the sports club.

Analysis of the Volleyball Club

The bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of the volleyball club TJ Junior Brno. In the theoretical part are described the main terms and analyses, which are afterwards used in the analytical part. To determine the current state of the functioning of the club are used Porter five forces analysis, SLEPTE analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of the analyses create suggestions and recommendations, which aim to the volleyball club TJ Junior Brno to improve its functioning.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the description and analysis of the activities of the hockey club HC ZUBR Prerov, Ltd. and subsequent optimization on its operation. The thesis is dividend into several parts. The first section presents the theoretical background, the next section describes the activities of sports club, which related to the participation of the club in the second Czech hockey league and are made SLETP a SWOT analysis, budget analysis, revenue and organizational structure. Based on the data from analyzes proposals are made solutions, their benefits and recommendations for change.

The bachelor thesis engages in designing a suitable marketing communication strategy for the sports club of microlight aviation. The thesis is divided into three sections. Literary research, analytical part and proposal part. Literary research includes theory regarding given issues. The analytical part is briefly presented the sports club and its existing marketing communication. Subsequently, a situational analysis was developed. On its basis, a marketing communication strategy to support a development and financing of the sports club was designed and recommended.

Kadlic, V. Marketing communication of a hockey club. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The bachelor thesis deals with the marketing communication of the hockey club HC Masaryk University, which plays university league ice hockey in the Czech Republic. The thesis contains a detailed description of the different parts of marketing. Furthermore, it uses the results to describe the individual questions of a questionnaire survey that led to the identification of the target group's prefer-ences regarding promotion. Based on the results from the questionnaire, appro-priate recommendations are proposed to improve the marketing communication of the club.
Financing of sports clubs from public resources in Teplice

Title: Financing of sports clubs from public resources in statutory city Teplice. Objectives: Main objective of this bachelor thesis is to suggest an improvement in subsidy policy of city Teplice regarding sport. This suggestion is based on research among sports clubs located in the city that draw subsidies from public resources. Methods: Data which the improvement suggestion is based upon were collected by semi-structured interviews with representatives of sports clubs located in Teplice. Semi-structured interviews with representatives of current city government members were also done, so that the current government could provide their point of view on identified problems. Possibilities of the municipality government regarding public funding of sports clubs were also discussed in this interview. Secondary data analysis of various sources regarding public funding of sports clubs was also used as a secondary method in this bachelor thesis. Results: Perception of subsidy policy of statutory city Teplice regarding sport is relatively positive. Clubs are usually happy with the amount of finance they receive. Use of grants for development of the field hockey sports club Slavia Praha

Title: Use of grants for development of the field hockey sports club Slavia Praha Objectives: The main purpose of this thesis was to set up preferred goals for the field hockey sports club Slavia Praha to ensure its successfull development, with an emphasis on the use of grants provided by the City of Prague. Another goal is to create a list of available grant programs for sports clubs in Prague. Methods: Two analysis methods were applied in this study. The first one was based on the analysis of the documents related to the application for available grants. Thanks to this method the overview of the available grants opportunities was created. The second method was SWOT analysis regarding the field hockey sports club Slavia Praha which contributed to the setting up of new partial and strategic task for the positive development of the club. Results: The field hockey sports club in Prague, which own or long term lease the sports real properties, can apply to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports for grants. The other field hockey sports clubs can apply for grants of the Prague City Hall or its town disctricts.
