Název: Aplikace grantů pro zajištění rozvoje sportovního klubu Slavia Praha pozemní hokej Cíle: Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je stanovit prioritní cíle pro úspěšný rozvoj sportovního klubu Slavia Praha pozemní hokej a aplikovat granty ze strany hl. města Prahy pro plnění těchto cílů. Dalším cílem je vytvořit přehled dostupných grantových programů pro pražské sportovní kluby. Metody: V diplomové práci byla použita analýza dokumentů, pomocí které byl vytvořen přehled o dostupných možnostech podávání žádostí o granty. Součástí práce bylo také vytvoření SWOT analýzy SK Slavia Praha pozemní hokej pro stanovení nových dílčích a strategických cílů vedoucích k pozitivnímu rozvoji klubu. Výsledky: Pražské kluby pozemního hokeje, jež mají ve vlastnictví nebo dlouhodobém nájmu sportovní zařízení, mají možnost žádat o dotace přímo na Ministerstvu školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy. Ostatní kluby mohou využít možnosti žádat o granty hl. m. Prahy a příslušných městských částí. Na základě SWOT analýzy klubu Slavia Praha pozemní hokej byly stanoveny nové strategické cíle klubu v horizontu nadcházejících 3 let v návaznosti na přidělené granty a byly vytvořeny dílčí úkoly pro splnění operativních cílů. Klíčová slova: sportovní klub, granty, sportovní organizace, financování sportu Title: Use of grants for development of the field hockey sports club Slavia Praha Objectives: The main purpose of this thesis was to set up preferred goals for the field hockey sports club Slavia Praha to ensure its successfull development, with an emphasis on the use of grants provided by the City of Prague. Another goal is to create a list of available grant programs for sports clubs in Prague. Methods: Two analysis methods were applied in this study. The first one was based on the analysis of the documents related to the application for available grants. Thanks to this method the overview of the available grants opportunities was created. The second method was SWOT analysis regarding the field hockey sports club Slavia Praha which contributed to the setting up of new partial and strategic task for the positive development of the club. Results: The field hockey sports club in Prague, which own or long term lease the sports real properties, can apply to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports for grants. The other field hockey sports clubs can apply for grants of the Prague City Hall or its town disctricts.
