A Systemic Approach in Supervision
Pluhaříková Pomajzlová, Jana ; Havrdová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Rothová, Eliška (referee)
Supervision is dramatically growing domain in the past few years. There are many origins which influence its practice and psychotherapy models are one of them. It is important to be conscious of the influence of theoretical background, which can colour end guide course of supervision. We can find increasing use of systemic approach in the practice, therefore this work focus on its application in supervision. We can find lack of resources specific for using systemic approach in the supervision in the social and health care services, so it is important to turn the attetntion to experiences of supervisors using this approach in their practice in this field. The study is concentrating on - what are the stands of supervisors to systemic aproach and what are their experiences with using this approach in practice of supervision. Semi-structured interviews and a questionnaire are used for obtaining outcomes. The data were analysed in qualitative approach. Outcomes of this study indicate emphasis on stands of the supervisors, rather than on "simple" aplication of methodological operations. Practice of supervisors confirms, that systemic approach can be very well applied in supervision. We can consider interesting, that the modality of supervisors work corresponds with current integrative trend in...

Žiláková, Renata ; Machová, Svatava (advisor) ; Janovec, Ladislav (referee) ; Čechová, Marie (referee)
The dissertation called the Method of Integration of Valency Syntax into the Czech Language Teaching within Lower Secondary Education deals with the issue of valency syntax in relation to syntax teaching within lower secondary education. The main goal of the dissertation is to describe, specify and define the principles, which serve as the basis for the integration of the valency theory into the Czech language teaching within lower secondary education with regard to pupils' concepts of the structure of a Czech sentence. In its three main parts, the dissertation informs the reader about the development of the perception of the valency syntax as a scientific discipline in the Czech and foreign environment, as the didactic transformation of the curriculum must be always based on scientific theories and comply with them; the second part of the thesis analyses the didactically transformed curriculum of valency syntax in teaching materials intended for lower secondary education. On the basis of a practical quality research, the third part defines pupils' preconcepts related to the formal and semantic structure of a sentence. Among other things, the submitted dissertation points out to the necessity of monitoring the pupils' preconcepts in the Czech language teaching in order to ensure that the teaching is not...
Game Theoretic Modelling of the International Relations System
Halás, Matúš ; Drulák, Petr (advisor) ; Plechanovová, Běla (referee) ; Křivan, Vlastimil (referee)
The thesis models interactions in the system of states. Fundamental research question asked what consequences for success of strategies and prospects of cooperative behavior have particular settings and properties of the system. Thesis includes two features peculiar to international relations that did not appear anywhere else before: (i) determination of interaction occurrence with help of distance and power; and (ii) emergence of (dis)trust out of the previous interactions. The model is based on three elements: agents, environment, and rules. Players interacted in the Hobbesian Prisoner's Dilemma environment as described by realists, but thanks to payoff shift representing emergence of (dis)trust I also formalized constructivist argument of different cultures of anarchy and of mutually constitutive agent-structure relationship. Multi-agent computer simulations set within the abductive reasoning framework were chosen because lack of heterogeneous enough data and impossibility of experiments made this data generating method a necessity. The source code is written in C#. I translated 62 Axelrod's behavioral rules and then added several others that seemed promising. Three new strategies mirroring usual behavior of states were proposed too. To secure robustness of the results, application was run...
"And so all should do." The Construction of the Czechs in Selected Travel Writings by Václav Matěj Kramerius
Fialka, Jiří ; Himl, Pavel (advisor) ; Storchová, Lucie (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to consider Kramerius not priori as a "national revivalist" but as a writer and a publisher. I am trying to point out that Kramerius can use and construct nationalism not only for the "general welfare" but also for his own needs. On the basis of this optics, the education of readers may also seem as an instruction how to become a good customer of Kramerius. As an umbrella term for the access to the sources - travel writings by Kramerius - I choose the New Historicism connecting the literature with historiography and emphasizing on the representation and the genre of the text. The purpose of this work is also to point out constructiveness a number of phenomena, which are often seen as objective. More than anything else, this work is the analysis of stereotypes. Keywords: Václav Matěj Kramerius, travel writings, nationalism, constructivism, the Czechs
