BACKGROUND: In the system of addictology care, the outpatient sector is being strengthened and pilot programs of outpatient clinics with extended care for patients with substance use disorder (ARP-AD) are being created. ARP-AD clients are users of all types of addictive substances, including non- substance addictions, in various stages of addiction and motivation to change, often with comorbid illness. Services are provided by a multidisciplinary healthcare team that works together intensively. Case management approaches and work in the client's natural environment are applied. One of the main goals is the coordination of the current network of addictology (and other) services based on the individual needs of clients. OBJECTIVE: Qualitative evaluation of the ARP-AD pilot programs with a focus on case management and a multidisciplinary approach. METHODS: The original intention was to carry out a process evaluation of all ARP-AD. Due to the failure of the recruitment strategy, the evaluation of only one pilot program - ARP-AD at the Department of Addictology (KAD) - was completed. Therefore, this is a case study. Analysis of automatic parameter extraction on piano recordings

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the accuracy of automatic extraction of parameters, mainly of piano recordings. The given issue is described both from a technical and a musical perspective. This thesis summarizes knowledge from the field of music theory and the automatic detection of parameters that can be obtained from musical piano recordings. This thesis is focused on detecting onsets, beats, downbeats, pitch estimation and tempo. The analysis of piano recordings is realized using the Python programming language. The output is scripts that perform parameter detection based on user-selected methods that are commonly used to calculate parameters. The result is also testing the accuracy of individual methods based on annotations from different datasets, focusing primarily on piano recordings. The final part contains an evaluation based on selected metrics with an objective comparison.

Evaluation of the benefits of the primary prevention program Nevypusť duši for its participants

The diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the primary preventive programme Duševní zdravověda, which deals with mental health issues and is implemented in secondary schools. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness and benefit of this programme for its participants. Another aim was also to find out if variables such as gender, age and experience with mental illness of the respondents can influence their attitudes towards mental health. In the theoretical part of the thesis are defined mental health and illness, primary prevention and the current state of school primary prevention in the field of mental health are also defined. Also identified are protective factors that primary prevention programs dealing with mental health should support. Principles of effective primary prevention programmes and examples of proven mental health prevention programmes are presented. The preventive programme Duševní zdravověda and the non-profit organization Nevypusť duši, which implements it, are described here. Expedition in search of spring - activities to strengthen environmental awareness in pre-school education

The bachelor thesis is focused on environmental education in kindergarten, especially on activities that strengthen environmental feelings and also relate to the spring aspect. The theoretical part deals with terminology, the importance of environmental education and its methods. He mentions the topic of a preschool child, and especially the relationship between the child and nature, ways of implementing environmental education in kindergarten and marginal descrioption of the spring aspect in Czech nature. Application of the pedagogy of Franz Kett in regular kindergarten

The bachelor's thesis deals with the use of Franz Kett's pedagogy in kindergarten, which is not Christian. It verifies how its methods, principles and aids can be used in a mainstream kindergarten. The theoretical part deals with trends in contemporary preschool education, describes the principles and methods of pedagogy of Franz Kett and at the same time compares them with other alternative programs. In the practical part, a specific Class Educational Program based on the principles of Franz Kett's pedagogy is developed and verified in practice and subsequently evaluated according to predetermined questions through a self-reflexive diary.

The satisfaction evaluation of the drop-in centres clients within the area of Zlín region of pandemic COVID-19

ITRODUCTION: Worldwide pandemic COVID-19 and enforcement of restriction measurements necessary to limit the virus spreading in area of public health has affected entire aspects of modern life and impacted inter alia also the area of using drugs, the drug trade including social and medical reactions to the drug phenomenon. As a result of taking the measurements the pressure on addictology services, their operations, the employees and last but not least the clients was getting stronger and stronger. AIM: The purpose of the work was to determine the scale of satisfaction/ dissatisfaction of the clients within the area of Zlín region contact centers with the interventions and services offered during the period of time in context of pandemic COVID-19 and maintaining anti-pandemic measures in order to minimize the impact of pandemic upon the clients and the contact centers' employees and to check this way the ability of the Drop-in centers to react and adjust flexibly to the current situation. Summative evaluation of the Act on protection of health from harmful effects of addictive substances with emphasis on use of tobacco products

This diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of Act No. 65/2017 Coll., The Act on the protection of health from the harmful effects of addictive substances with emphasis on use of tobacco products. The evaluation of this Act was approached on the basis of the principles of summative evaluation, which focused on the impacts of the health protection Act and on the fulfilment of its set objectives. Apart from evaluations, the theoretical and factual basis of the work includes mainly tobacco control in the Czech Republic. The practical part of this thesis is based on quantitative research that uses secondary data. This research was subsequently supplemented by information from semi-structured expert interviews. The analysis is focused on the evaluation of a total of fifteen indicators, which represent areas on which the adoption of the examined law may have had some impact. These indicators mainly concern the area of smoking and health, but also the tobacco industry, hospitality, and the state budget. The evaluation of the indicators is based on a comparison of two time series, while one of them shows the real situation and the other extrapolates the situation without the adoption of the examined law. Unsupervised Evaluation of Speaker Recognition System

Tato práce je vystavěna nad moderním systémem pro rozpoznávání mluvčího (SID) založeného na x-vektorech. Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout a experimentálně vyhodnotit techniky pro evaluaci SID systému za použití audio nahrávek bez anotace tj. bez znalosti mluvčího. Pro tento účel je z každé nahrávky bez anotace vytvořen embedding. Ty se poté používají pro shlukování nahrávek a následné vytvoření pseudo-anotací. Na těchto anotacích se SID systém evaluuje pomocí equal error rate (EER) metriky. Za účelem vytvoření pseudo-anotací byly navrženy tyto shlukovací algoritmy učení bez učitele: K-means, Gaussian mixture models (GMM) a aglomerativní shlukování. Po testování vyšel jakožto nejlepší experimentální postup K-means se Silhouette metrikou, která používá kosinovou podobnost jako míru vzdálenosti. Nejlepší metoda dosáhla 5,72 % EER s referenčním EER = 5,15 %, které bylo spočítané se znalostí anotace na části datasetu SITW dev-core-core. Podobné výsledky byly získány na části datasetu SITW eval-core-core s odhadnutým EER = 5,86 % a referenčním 5,08 %. Rozdíl mezi hodnotami tvoří 0,57 % pro eval-core-core a 0, 78% pro dev-core-core. Další testy na NIST SRE16 a VoxCeleb1 datasetech byly provedeny za účelem ověření správnosti navrženého postupu. Obecně se dá říct, že navržený testovací postup měl chybu přibližně 1 %, což je poměrně dobrý výsledek pro algoritmus učení bez učitele.
