The aim of this work is to draft a communication plan for Přerovská realitní Ltd. that focuses on real estate development activities. The thesis is divided into three main parts - theory, analysis and proposal. The theoretical section provides information on communication, analytical part consists of an analysis applied to specific business environment and last part presents the design proposals, which should lead to the improvement of existing communication strategy.

E-learning activities are is one of crucial implements in company, which promote desirable content of organizational culture.

In my bachelor thesis I focus on the communication between the municipality and the citizen which is solved by using modern information technologies in the frame of computerization of the government. I present already used news in this field and I try to find the optimal solution of the used and new technologies to bring effectiveness in the communication between the municipality and the citizen in my thesis.

I am solving in this thesis especially the setting-up of the effective communicative mix and company standard so that the company can have long term prosperity.
