Bakalářská práce se zabývá současnou situací společnosti poskytující služby v oblasti kopírování, laminování, vazby dokumentů a podobně. Práce analyzuje současný stav ve firmě z hlediska efektivity personální práce a působení firemního prostředí na zákazníka. Výsledky provedeného dotazníkového šetření budou použity pro návrh řady opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení současného stavu ve společnosti. The bachelor thesis deals with the current situation in the company offering services such as copying, laminating or book binding. The study analyses the status of the company from the aspect of personal labour effectiveness and affect of the company environment on the customer. The results of the questionnaire survey will be used for determination of further enhancements of the company's services.
