Family and Divorce

The work "The Family and The Divorce" (Rodina a rozvod) discourses the problem of divorce - how it manifests in family life, life of the family members and especially the children. It is divided into six chapters. The first three chapters are talking about family and its necessity for life of every human being and about marriage and how to solve the marital problems constructively. The last three chapters concern divorce and problems linked with it. In the part concerning family the author writes about functions of a family, its evolution and actual situation of families in the Czech Republic. She deals with the importance of a family and its functionality for individual development. The author talks about divorce from the point of view of law, society and psychology and particularly discourses the child - possible consequences of divorce in child psychic and probably the best way for child - joint custody. On the other hand she discourses the Parental alienation syndrome, why and how it arises and how to reduce its effects. The work's targets define the most important problems which the child solves in connection with divorce of his or her parents. Is the divorce always stressful? Analysis of on-line communication mix of Danone Czech Republic and a proposal to its effectiveness

Diploma thesis studies the topic of on-line communication as a part of communication mix and marketing mix. It's closely connected with rapid technological development. It's therefore necessary to monitor trends, which are also part of the thesis. Based on the theoretical backgound, analysis of Czech internet and advertising environment and research of Czech firm's approach to on-line communication, author deals with the importance of on-line forms in comparison to other parts of communication mix. The outputs of the above are applied in the analysis of FMCG producer's on-line communication mix and competitive activities also. These findings are further formulated in recommendations for more effective on-line communication of analysed company and also serves to determine the new strategy.

Intellectual property protection by Customs

The aim of this thesis is to detect the causes, extent and means of breaching the intellectual property rights, including its negative consequences from the point of supervisory activities of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic. Also to suggest possible measures to enhance the service and to eliminate any imperfections in the legislative, its abidance or in organization and work management if found. The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains, according to the author, the most important international treaties, conventions and agreements, as well as the European Union law and the national legislation. In the practical part the author states his opinion on the legislation concerning the protection of intellectual property rights, brief classification of the intellectual property rights and it introduces the controlling authority including the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic and its procedures towards the goods that breaches the intellectual property. Furthermore, it presents the statistic data concerning the seized goods. The thesis states the penalties for breaching the intellectual property rights, for both the administrative delicts and criminal offences. It also contains a questionnaire carried out within the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic which purpose was to find out their opinion on the legislation, organization and work management in the field of intellectual property. The results are analysed in the conclusion of the thesis and it presents the imperfections in the areas stated above. The author suggests suitable adjustments to eliminate these imperfections according to his best judgement even though he is not a lawyer. Finally the author reviews the issues mentioned throughout the whole thesis and summarizes the aim of the thesis.

The Dark Notes of the Human in the Work of Fuks

Tato práce se zabývá tvorbou Ladislava Fukse ze šedesátých a sedmdesátých let. Zkoumáme v ní, jak autor pracuje s jednotlivými motivy. Nejvíce se zamerujeme na mezigeneracní vztahy, strach a jeho podoby a vztah hlavní postavy ke svetu, ve kterém žije. Domníváme se, že práve prostrednictvím techto motivu lze nejlépe porozumet svetu Ladislava Fukse. Motivy se prolínají v jednotlivých knihách , variují v rámci jednoho i nekolika del soucasne. Pri výkladu jednotlivých knih jsme zacali autorovou prvotinou Pan Theodor Mundstock. Práve zde se rodí motivy, s nimiž Fuks v dalších prózách pracuje, rozvíjí je. Po motivickém rozboru jsme se pokusili vysvetlit, co vlastne u Fukse ony temné struny znamenají. Došli jsme k záveru, že autor odhaluje zlo, aby donutil ctenáre zamyslet se nad humanitou a jejím posláním. Dozvedet se o zlu znamená uvedomit si, ceho se clovek chce vyvarovat.

At present, depressive disorders affect a considerable proportion of population, their incidence showing an increasing tendency in the developed world. Depression mostly afflicts people in the age of 25-35. It occurs in females twice as often as in males. Depression involves an intense subjective suffering accompanied with a disruption of normal everyday functioning. Moreover, when compared with the healthy population, there exists a thirty times higher danger of suicide in the people affected with depression. The illness unfortunately tends to become chronic, the probability of recurrence of an episode being 50%. Furthermore, some patients suffering from the depressive disorder do not adequately respond to an antidepressant therapy; we call such patients treatment-resistant. There certainly exists a close relation between the endocrine and the central nervous system, most endocrine disorders being potentially accompanied with changes of psyche and vice versa. With affective disorders the most frequently reported disruption involves an interference with the function of the hypothalamicpituitary- adrenocortical (HPA) axis, though various studies repeatedly acknowledged also deviations of the hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid (HPT) axis. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is a reflection of changes in the main reporting session TV Prima family. Since August 2009, when Jitka Obzinová was appointed by chief editor and publicity chief. After her arrival the changes began to implement and these were unique for the Czech media market. The changes led to the creation of the hourly information block, which allowed in messages to process of new topics which until then, was not in the news area. Development of the new information blocks which led to the cancellation of the news of sport as well as the abolition of the moderated by the weather. However the changes that have been made in the course of two years, have led to an increase in viewing current news FTV Prima. It did not transform only the content and structure of the main intelligence relationship but also a visual concept. Detailed chronological overview of the ganges arised after the analysis of print and online media for the reference period. Bachelor's thesis does not consist of a theoretical part but it has a practical part. Using quantitative methods of research namely the technique of the questionnaires which was intended only for respondents age category 15 and more managed to evaluate if the viewer with the changes. Taxation of the fixed establishment in the area of value added tax

The master´s thesis deals with the value added tax in the area of fixed establishment. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part of the thesis defines the concept of fixed establishment and key EU legislations by which fixed establishments are governed. I investigate practical aspects and problems created by fixed establishment. The second part of the thesis includes a complex analysis of the actual judgments of the European Court of Justice, and their treatment of issues arising from the relationship between fixed establishment and their head office. The thesis shows the difficulties within application of VAT on intercompany transactions in cases where the fixed establishment is a member of the group for the purposes of value added tax.

Zdanění příjmů z kapitálového majetku v podmínkách volného pohybu kapitálu

Tématem diplomové práci je mezinárodní zdanění příjmů z kapitálového majetku. Jejím cílem je potvrdit či vyvrátit hypotézu, že ?český systém zdanění příjmů z kapitálového majetku neklade překážky volnému pohybu kapitálu?. Hlavní část práce spočívala v analýze relevantních českých a mezinárodních právních norem upravujících oblast zdanění dividend a úroků. Následně byl metodu komparace porovnán režim zdanění příjmu z kapitálového majetku ze zdrojů na území České republiky s režimem, ve kterém se zdaňují tytéž příjmy plynoucí ze zdrojů v zahraničí. V závěru práce analyzuje, zda český systém zdanění příjmů z kapitálového majetku neklade překážky volném pohybu kapitálu. Autor dospěl k závěru, že český daňový systém je v oblasti zdaňování dividend a úrokových příjmů plně harmonizován s evropskými právními normami a neklade žádné překážky volnému pohybu kapitálu.

Stress in working environment

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of a stress load in the working environment, specifically of employees of the criminal police. The theoretical part provides a general definition of basic concepts such as stress, personality or resistance. It introduces the various types of stress, its symptoms, causes and possible responses to psychological stress. The larger section is devoted to stress in the working conditions. It describes the most common stressors, risk of a burnout and possibility of stress reduction in general and directly for the police officers.
The knowledge gained from the theoretical foundations is applied in the empirical part. The aim of the empirical part is to find the level of stress load among respondents from the ranks of the criminal police using qualitative methods of investigation, interview, in combination with the use of a questionnaire Meister. This section focuses on the positive and negative factors in the workplace, preventive measures and assesses differences based on gender, age, length of practice or marital status.
