Lipka, Lukáš ; Doležal, Martin (advisor) ; Kučerová, Marta (referee)
SYNTHESIS OF POTENCIAL QUATERNARY ACETYLCHOLINESTERASE REACTIVATORS AND EVALUATION OF THEIR POTENCY TO REACTIVATE CYCLOSARIN-INHIBITED AChE Mgr. Lukáš Lipka Department of pharmaceutical chemistry and drug control, Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Heyrovského 1203, 500 05 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic Abstract of the rigorous thesis: Nine potential AChE reactivators were synthesized. Their potency to reactivate AChE inhibited by cyclosarin nerve agent was tested in vitro. According to the obtained results, 1,4- bis(2-hydroxyiminomethylpyridinium)butane dibromide seems to be most potent AChE reactivator. The reactivation potency of these compounds depends on structural factors such as presence of quaternary nitrogens, lenght of the linking chain between both pyridinium rings, and position of the oxime moiety at the pyridinium ring. The independence of potency of reactivator trimedoxim at the kind of anion present in his molecule was validate.

Transdermal in vitro permeation of methoxytacrine. III.
Režňáková, Eva ; Doležal, Pavel (advisor) ; Bajgar, Jiří (referee)
Diploma Thesis 2006, Eva Režňáková Abstract The theoretical part gives a list of selected issues on transdermal drug delivery and summarizes information on Azone, including new technical information published in 2005. In vitro permeation experiments using the excised pig skin confirm the considerable potential for transdermal administration of 7-methoxytacrine. Using the isopropyl myristate as a vehicle the therapeutically valuable fluxes at about 15 [μg/cm2.h-1] were obtained. Transdermal acceleration and impact of 5% added amounts of methyl pyrrolidone and dodecyl pyrrolidone were not established. As a promising in this respect appears to use Azone and transkarbam 12.

Art Education in Japan/School - ethnographic study
Výzkum byl veden kombinací metod pedagogicko-etnografických a kulturně- antropologických. Informace čerpal především z terénního výzkumu prováděného v Japonské škole v Praze a v některých školách v Japonsku v Ósace v letech 1986-2006. S postupující globalizací a asimilací kultur vyvstává potřeba "mezinárodní výchovy". Nutnost hledání základních postupů vedoucích k poznání a pochopení jiných kultur. Výchova k empatii vůči příslušníkům jiných národů a jejich specifickým projevům. I v tomto směru tato práce...

Spiritual Guidance
Bártová, Darina ; Filipi, Pavel (advisor) ; Noble, Ivana (referee)
The work deals with spiritual guidance.Concept of spiritual gudiance and related concepts is defined first. Next the spiritual accompaniment is defined against the sacrament of reconciliation on the one hand and to psychological counseling on the other. The paper tries to show that the concept of spiritual accompaniment is rooted in the tradition of Christian spirituality. It is possible to interpret some biblical stories from this perspective. But some personalities of the history of spirituality also contributed to the current conception of spiritual accompainment. Own capter is dedicated to them. The following is a more detailed analysis of the content and typical forms of spiritual guidance, requirements for accompanying and specifics of various categories of accompanied. Some pathological phenomena in the context of spiritual accompaniment appear are mentioned also. The results of field research in selected communities of different denominations are a separate part of the work. They have demonstrated wheather the concept of spiritual accompaniment is known and wheather it is used and by whom. An important question is also characteristic of the typical accompanying. The research results are summarized in the conclusion and in the annexes. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
