ABSTRACT The bachelor thesis is focused on identification of needs of employee stimulation of the construction company – SKANSKA. The thesis based on evaluation of current personnel political situation in the company monitors critical areas in corporate culture and also reviews the needs for personal development and education. This thesis contains suggestions of systemic changes in education development management and suggests methods of its implementation with feedback, which will efficiently help to professionalize employees.

In this bachelors's thesis is presented evaluation and remuneration system in specific company. Investing in human resources is important but underestimated part in some companies. Although satisfied and correctly motivated employee is a key to gain competative advantage in crowded market. The desk study is attend to different kinds of evaluation, further more it analyses remuneration and motivation. The practical part of this work contains present conditions in the firm which is background for my own solution. This research is based on questionnare and interview with owner.
Supervisory boards of state-owned enterprises

This dissertation deals with the issue of Supervisory boards in Czech state-owned enterprises. At first it defines a clear set of terms to differentiate within appropriate legal forms of state entrepreneurship applicable in Czech Republic. Thereafter it offers the analysis of implementing the nomination process recently brought to our governmental system. The empirical part of this thesis is constituted by the qualitative research of personal policy of the state in four selected stated-owned enterprises carried out for the period from 2006 till 2015. Education, working experience, political membership and personal integrity were the main focus areas while researching the members of selected supervisory boards.

The thesis on the Recruitment problems in foreign branches of global company is described specific Prague developer company, its projects and its experience in personnel policy. The aim of this work is to define the main problems of staff recruitment and the development of measures to improve these processes. This thesis will consist of several parts. the first part describes the company, its typical projects, strategy and preparation of its expansion into Kazakhstan. The following are the main aspects of the relationship between headquarters and its branches. In the third part are mentioned and characterized approaches to management and recruitment of personnel in foreign branches. Description of the organizational structure of the company is the fourth part of this work. Followed by a description of the current human resources management process at the branch and identifying problems of staff recruitment. The last part is focused on the inventing of the measures to improve these processes.
Analysis of selected employee's care components in the large construction company

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to give a construction company AB (which does not want to be identified) recommendations for current offer of the employee benefits. Based on expert interviews with the Compensation and benefits director and the analysis of employee benefits there have been identified limitations, which are eliminated by offering of specific amendment proposals and by the calculation of the company costs caused by the change. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The introduction of the theoretical part analyzes personnel policies of the organization and employee care. After the clarification of these concepts attention is paid to the actual employee benefits. The practical part focuses mainly on the current offer of the employee benefits, discounts and allowances of the company AB and thereafter on offerings of the amendments, providing not only the cost per year per employee, but also providing the simulation of the total cost for all employees in 2013.

This bachelor thesis deals with theoretic matters of labour (employment) law in area of the employment, contracts concerning a work practised out of employment, personnel policies and employee care. In practical part, it tries to approach the given areas by means of practical examples, results of a selective investigation and information from a chosen company Chemoprojekt, a.s. The main source of the thesis is the Labour Code, other sources are specialized publications and other laws. An objective of the thesis is to describe and analyse a current situation in the field of contract's conclusion and personnel policies pursuant to performed selective investigation.
Quality of working life in the Czech Republic

Work is fundamental human activity which is an inevitable component part of every individual. The world of work is constantly changing and evolving and the quality of working life becomes an increasingly discussed topic. The main aim of the Thesis is to evaluate the current state of the quality of working and professional life in the Czech Republic and employee's chances to find the right combination between work and other activities. In the first part, theoretical basis of working life quality is described together with the requirements of the new generation coming into the labour market and the models by which the subjective issue is measured. The aim of the practical part was to determine the practical possibilities of work-life balance practices application in the Czech market and to assess whether there is willingness to deal with these programmes. Following the description of the significance of the work-life balance approach I introduce individual pillars on which the quality of working and personal life can be built. Then I compare the practical use of the WLB programmes by Czech companies with their HR marketing.
Change of HR management in the group ACTIV due to company transformation from small to medium size

This thesis's objective was to analyse and evaluate change of HR management in the group ACTIV which had passed through the process of transformation within 2004 to 2006. ACTIV's staff growing had significant impact to the decision making processes and organisation of the whole group including HR management. The thesis's conclusion highlights positives and negatives of transformation process, especially in the part of personnel work and management of human resources.
A Set of Problems connected with Personnel Management in a Chosen Company

The main aim of the thesis is to create a complete overview of particular activities of the human resources politics from the perspective of a modern corporate management. On the basis of theoretical principles developed by the HR management to assess the individual activities in the example of selected company and propose improvements in areas, in which seems deficiencies. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first part of the thesis summarizes the theoretical principles of HR management, which constitute the basis for the evaluation of the HR management in the selected company, referred in the practical part. The second chapter is devoted to the characteristics of the company, which is next featured under the fictitious name of Chemická, a.s.. The third part of the thesis presents a comprehensive view of HR management practice in the watched company. The structure of this part of the most deliberately corresponds theoretical part. Fourth part of the thesis evaluate on the basis of theoretical knowledge the real HR management in the selected company. The HR management is showing no sign of any serious failure. The activities are carried out professionally and secured by sophisticated company directives. The HR management seeks to meet both, corporate and the personal needs and goals. Chemická, a.s. respects in managing their human resources the modern approaches and strengthens so the strongest of the four pillars of business, the human resources.
