Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje teoretickým otázkám pracovního práva v oblasti pracovního poměru, dohod o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr, personální politiky a péče o zaměstnance. V praktické části se snaží o bližší přiblížení dané oblasti prostřednictvím příkladů z praxe, výsledků výběrového šetření a informací od vybrané společnosti Chemoprojekt, a.s. Práce předně vychází ze zákoníku práce a je doplněna o informace z odborných publikací a dalších zákonů. Cílem práce je popsání a vyhodnocení současné situace na poli uzavírání pracovních poměrů a personální politiky na základě provedeného výběrového šetření. This bachelor thesis deals with theoretic matters of labour (employment) law in area of the employment, contracts concerning a work practised out of employment, personnel policies and employee care. In practical part, it tries to approach the given areas by means of practical examples, results of a selective investigation and information from a chosen company Chemoprojekt, a.s. The main source of the thesis is the Labour Code, other sources are specialized publications and other laws. An objective of the thesis is to describe and analyse a current situation in the field of contract's conclusion and personnel policies pursuant to performed selective investigation.
