Marketing Strategy of European Market Penetration by Colombian Company Hamacas RGV

The main objective of master’s thesis is to analyze the European market as a potential market for the expansion of Hamacas RGV. This Colombian company is focused on production of hand-made traditional high-quality products for example hammocks. In the first part are introduced basic theoretical concepts and marketing analyses which are crucial when planning the expansion strategy. Second part starts with the company’s overall overview and continues with analyses of conditions of external and internal European environment as a potential market for Hamacas RGV expansion in the future. The conclusion is made at the end with the recommendations which are built on examined analyses.

Táto diplomová práca je zameraná na analýzu a následné vyhodnotenie trhu v Juhovýchodnej Európe z hžadiska potenciálu a možnosti budúceho investovania a pôsobenia firmy Aspen Aerogels v tomto regióne. Firma Aspen Aerogels má vedúce postavenie vo vývoji a výrobe materiálov pracujúcich na báze nanotechnológie známe ako aerogely s unikátnymi vlastnosťami. Prvá časť diplomovej práce je zameraná na popis teoretickej problematiky, ktorá rieši otázky marketingu, analýzy trhu a internacionalizácie. V druhej časti je kladený dôraz na praktickú analýzu firmy a prostredia. Posledná časť je zameraná na celkové vyhodnotenie potenciálu Balkánskeho trhu a autorove odporúčania, či je Balkánsky trh vhodný na vstup pre firmu Aspen Aerogels a aká marketingová stratégia je vhodná.
Desing of marketing strategy of electronic banking service

The main subject of my Master´s thesis has been to set up a proposal of marketing strategy for the development of the electronic banking services in the bank XY, a.s.. Analytic part of my work deals with the analysis of both customers, and the competition. It also contains the characteristics of Slovak banking market, its strenghts, and weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Relevant products are classified in the Boston Consulting Group Matrix. The conclusions from the analytic part served as a base for suggestions of optimal marketing mix for the products of electronic banking.

The objective of this thesis is to review market activity of dermo-cosmetic studio care4you and to design marketing conception with regard to approaching brand expansion to another country seats within Slovak republic territory. Thesis is divided into 3 parts. First part is focused on explanation of basic theoretical concepts of marketing strategy creation of a company that provides services. Second part is dedicated to introduction of care4you company, analysis of micro and macro environment effect on company and also what communication strategy of company has been like so far and rating of research outputs and also attitude and opinion statement of current and potential customers of care4you. Design of marketing strategy attributes and action plan of dermo-cosmetic studio care4you for 2016 year is the content of last part.

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to analysing the marketing mix elements of the company Bar, který neexistuje s.r.o., which operates on the gastronomy market. The aim of this thesis is to optimise the place element of marketing mix of this company. It will be accomplished by firstly, analysing the internal and external environment of this enterprise, subsequently by carrying out research in order to acquire relevant data and lastly, based on this information, formulate recommen-dations for the enhancement of the interior of the Bar. The thesis will conclude by formulating suggestions regarding how to communicate proposed changes to the customers.
Marketing strategy of Nidd Hall hotel in Great Britain

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is the description of the marketing strategy and characteristics of Nidd Hall hotel on the basis of personally obtained experience. The hotel is focused on clientel that consists of older people and pensioners. Its strategy is mainly based on satisfying the guest's wishes and requirements. The work is divided in three chapters. The first chapter contains theoretical determination of definitions related to marketing. The second chapter is concentrated on the hotel itself and its characteristics. The third chapter describes the marketing strategy of the hotel. At the end of the work I offer my own view about the possible implementation of the concept of Nidd Hall hotel on the czech market.
