Tvrz, Pavel ; Horný, Stanislav (advisor) ; Vinkler, Vladimír (referee)
This work has as one's task to analyze actual situation of copyright law in the area of amateur or non-commercial multimedia-making. The main orientation of the work is especially on audiovisual works or let me say film-making. Things like graphics, color adjustment, special efects or retouching are common part of modern film. That's why I call this complex by term multimedia production. Nowadays is amateur film-making very popular. But on the other side raising number of non-professional film-makers causes conflict with Czech copyright law which is not completly ideal fot these pusposes. The law is too dificult and chaotic for common user which is leaved out on behalf professional users. This causes (but in many cases unconscious) breaking the law. There is a several solutions. My work is mainly considering the international intiative Creative Commons. Creative Commons is organization which released a few copyright licences. Authors can limit the rights on usage of their works. This way is much more easier to handle for a non-professional users. In the last part of work is the copyright law analysis aplicated on practical models of usage in amateur film-making. The cases are also described from professional view, of cource in very simplified version.

Andrej Bělocvětov - Theakston 1923-1997
Šrejma, Josef ; Wittlich, Petr (referee) ; Lahoda, Vojtěch (advisor)
Andrej Belocvetov first dedicated his efforts to chiaroscuro still life paintings and portraits, often using heavy, pasty brushstrokes. He let himself be inspired by the work of Frans Hals and Rembrant. He also paints urban landscapes and still life work in various impressionistic variations. A very important factor influencing the artistic expression of Andrej's life was his synesthesia - in his case it was a neural connection between music and colours, the so-called coloured hearing. For Andrej, the fifties were a period of surrealist tendencies on the one hand, and to Picasso-like Classicism and the new German Objectivity of George Grosz and Otto Dix. Andrej paints portraits of women and children and still life paintings. He is diagnosed with severe epilepsy. Belocetov's health problems culminate in the fifties and persist during the sixties. The author himself spoke about "Neosurrealism", and even though he was familiar with Surrealist methods and techniques, he never really felt bound by them. He created freely, guided only by his imagination. He also put a great emphasis on the graphic aspect of the painting. He participates in group exhibitions of the Máj 57 movement in 1957 and 1958 in Prague, in 1958 in Warsaw (where he is not personally present), and in 1964 in Prague. In 1958, he has his first...

Linguistic analysis of Petr Nikl's works
Sigmundová, Alena ; Palkosková, Olga (advisor) ; Janovec, Ladislav (referee)
The content of this paper is a linguistic analysis of Petr Nikl's texts. Petr Nikl is an all-round artist. His main activity is graphic arts; he is also engaged in the Puppet Theater, he sings with a music group Lakomé Barky and writes children books. The aim of this study is to determine if the author respects the child perspective in his works. Especially if he uses only such language elements, that are appropriate for children. After a thorough analysis of all Nikl's books (Pohádka o Rybitince (2001), O Rybabě a Mořské duši (2002), Lingvistické pohádky (2006), Záhádky (2007), Jělěňovití (2008) a Niklův Blázníček (2009), I concluded that the author respects only some elements of the perspective of a child. The syntactic structure of the text is uncomplicated and therefore children appropriate. From the lexical point of view the situation is not so clear. The author uses simple metaphors, similes, uses words that mostly originate from the national origin, and often uses emotive words. On the other hand, uncommon and literary words and complicated poetic neologisms, that most children cannot know, occur in his texts quite frequently. From the morphological point of view I do not find any significant obstacles, so that children could not read and enjoy his works. But these obstacles can occur on the...
