Rotary tables for machine tools
Novotný, Michal ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Dokoupil, Vladimír (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe current state of science and technology which deals with the issue of rotary tables for machine tools. Another goal of this work is to analyse individual components, which are rotary tables made of, and their appropriate aplication according to requirments for right function during machinnig operations.
Inovation of a Machining Node
Hlaváčková, Andrea ; Michele, Jiří (referee) ; Juřica, Pavel (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the innovations of a rotary table for a machine tool in the company TOS KUŘIM – OS, a.s. Bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part of the thesis consists of the theoretical basic, which deals with concepts from the area of production, engineering and innovation. The second part contains an analysis of the current state, the presentation of the company and the existing product. In part three there is a own proposal for a solution and a technical-economic evaluation of the process.
Design of a robotic workplace for the operation of injection molding machines with subsequent assembly and inspection
Musil, Marek ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design of a robotic workplace for the operation of injection moulding machines. It is concerned with the design of the workplace component deployment and the evaluation of the best variant using a multi-criteria assessment. In detail, attention is paid to the end effectors of industrial robots and the assembly workplace, where finishing operations take place. Finally, the risk analysis and technical and economic evaluation of the proposed workplace are carried out.
Multifunctional machining centers for machining rotating and prismatic parts
Kunorza, Michal ; ing.Petr Polišenský, TOSHULIN,a.s. (referee) ; Marek, Jiří (advisor)
Objective of the diploma thesis is design of multifunctional machining centre, where is machining rotating and prismatic parts enabled. Because it is large theme, thesis is solved by group. My task was to design parts of mottion axes. Diploma thesis contains complex design of machine tool from discovering optimal kinematics for required applictaion, analysis of influences acting to machine, modular concept and design solution.
The two-coordinate numerical controlled table for milling center with hydraulic clamp
Nešpor, Vít ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Kolíbal, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with theoretical design of NC rotary tilting table for Kovosvit MAS milling machine MCV 754 - QUICK. In the beginning of this paper is made a research with focus to rotary tilting tables, paletizing technologies and rotary suppliers of energy. The main part concerns with loading analysis of rotary tilting table, proposal of motion drives, bearings and the frame of desired machine. For motion drive of each axis is chosen torque motor. Constructional solution of pressed air supply to the middle boring of face plate is realized by a rotary union. The next point of solution is arrangement of moving supply electrical and pneumatic energy to the frame of tilting axis. The last part is concerned to proposal of realizing of changing tchnological pallets by the Zero-point systems. In the end the economical analysis is made.
Design of a Robotic Cell for Gluing of Magnets of DC Motors
Kűhnel, Martin ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a general concept workplace for gluing magnets to the DC stators. The thesis is focused on the selection of industrial robots and their location, the design and the construction of end effectors for manipulation with segments and stators and the proposal of solution for engineering units on a workplace. Among the construction units belong: revolving tables with gripping systems, rotary tables on pallets and construction manipulators. At the end of the thesis the concept of the solution for workplace safety is created according to current legislation and safety standards.
Design of machine for injection molding
Multáňová, Katarína ; Kobosil, Karel (referee) ; Křenek, Ladislav (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with the development of injection moulding machine design. It is a type of industrial machine, which is designed for production of plastic parts by technology of compression molding. Injection and closing units in the machine are vertical orientated to each other. Injection moulding machine is equipped with rotary table. The main task of diploma work is to design an injection moulding machine with original shape for the future. Conception of the machine is based on present progresive technical solutions. Design of the machine tolerates main ergonomic demands and make the work for operating personnel easier.
Verastile Sensor-based Experimental Platform
Tydor, Maximilián ; Ing. Vladimír Hubík, Ph.D. (Saab Czech s.r.o.) (referee) ; Šebesta, Jiří (advisor)
This document deals with issues of testing semiconductor inertial sensors like gyroscopes and accelerometers, but also other sensors like magnetometers, inclinometers and others for aviation navigation purposes where strict requirements cover every system. The goal of this thesis is to create modular test platform for testing wide variety of sensors in different combinations under variable circumstances. The development covers mechanical design, electrical design – hardware and also control algorithm – software.
Design of machine tool turntable
Soják, Vojtěch ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the construction of the rotary table of machine tool. There are all components that are normally used in construction and are available in our market. Also, there are mentioned the most important manufacturers of rotary tables. In the next section is a construction rotary table with indirect drive for vertical milling machine.
Design of machine tool turntable
Rygl, Ondřej ; Opl, Miroslav (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a rotary table for a machine tool. In the first part are described main types of rotary tables, existing approaches being used in design of drives and options in applicating modern components for rotary tables currently available on the market. The purpose of the second part is to design a rotary table with a torque motor drive for application in a milling machine.
