The Image of the Apostle Peter in the Work of the Evangelist Luke

The Image of the Apostle Peter in the Work of the Evangelist Luke. This thesis focuses on examining the character of the leader of the group Twelve in the work of Luke the Evangelist. Introduction outlines the baseline of the entire treatise. The first part of the chapter presents information on the author of two New Testament writings himself, followed by an indication of the circumstances under which the work was shaped. Afterwards the views of experts are presented on the possible sources from which the author composed and edited the final text. This part ends in effort to determine the expected place and time of origin of the whole work. The second part of the first chapter informs on the theology of Luke's writings. This part contains discussion of the authors' intentions and theological accents with regard to the first of the apostles. Due to more complex view there is also mentioned a statistical survey of the character Peter the Apostle in episodes of different New Testament books. The second chapter forms the backbone of the work, and again in two subsections presents information obtained by studying the available literature on all periscopes in Luke's diptych in which the leader of the Apostles emerges as one of the main characters. Vision of the selected nursery schools in Prague 8

My final work deals with the concept of the vision from the point of view of general management and also the environment of nursery schools. It mentions the influence of political and social changes in the second half of the 90s of the 20th century and it projects their impacts into school environment, particularly into the area of nursery schools. The pieces of information about strategic planning and management, the concepts of mission and philosophy, SWOT and STEP analyses are enclosed in the work too. The work quotes the definitions of the concept of the vision, it searches for the forms by which the vision can be expressed. It takes into account the signs and the characteristics of the formulations, it defines the priority signs. It gathers the visions of the selected nursery schools from one region and it explores the individual statements from the point of view of their content, range, authorship, duration, way of communication and also the nature of the realized modifications. It compares the pieces of information acquired from the interviews with the headmistresses of the nursery schools with the pieces of information resulting from the questionnaires destined for the other employees of the schools. The main topic of this thesis is the introduction to the issue of the companies in the early stage with a big growth potential, so called start-ups. The first years of the company´s existence are very difficult. This is showed on the example of a real company. The original business plan can be changed a lot during the first years of the company, due to big changes in the company´s internal and external environment.
The theoretical part of the thesis summaries the issues of strategic management and making business plans, defines a start-up and summaries the options of how to finance start-ups.
There is a summary of a concrete business plan of a real company in the analytical part of the thesis. By comparison of the results from the analysis made in the original business plan and the analysis made in the present were found the reasons of the differences between the results expected and the results really achieved.

The thesis Strategic Management provides a comprehensive view of the environment in which it is subject under examination. The work is divided into two parts, into theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains information related to strategic thinking, management and planning. The fundamental part is dedicated to the recommended methods of exploration on the level of macro and micro environment analysis of the business life cycle, stakeholder analysis and SWOT analysis. The practical part of the use of selected methods systematically directed to the target job to generate and recommend appropriate pensum strategic tasks for the situation in which the surveyed company is currently located. Results of the analyzes are used as input data to generate proposals and strategies. Finally, there is the evaluation and comparison of the proposed recommendations, with the current implementation process and implementation of strategic management of organizations surveyed.

The main target is divide into intermediate target. The first target is chose suitable model of strategic management, the second target is use strategic methods to find inner and outer company´s surroundings. The third target is apply selected model of strategic management to company. The proposed strategy, require much work within the framework of its implementation, so the schedule of strategic operations, both in content and also in terms of the time orientation.

This diploma thesis deals with strengthening of competitiveness of the accounting centre “Pneuservis” in the VOP GROUP, s.r.o., which currently faces financial problems and lacks enough competitiveness. Proposals have been outlined on the basis of the strategic analysis. The competitive strategy has been developed for Pneuservis VOP GROUP, s.r.o., the part of which has been the formulation of vision, mission and strategic goals. The objective has been defined as acquisition of new customers and, consequently, strengthening of competitiveness of Pneuservis VOP GROUP, s.r.o..
