The subject of this diploma thesis is the creation of loyalty program for Assistcar, s.r.o. This company offers extensive services in the auto repair industry and the loyalty program is what the company is missing. The diploma thesis contains a theoretical, analytical and practical part. In the first part the theoretical basis is elaborated, which is necessary for the correct creation of the loyalty program. The analytical part consists of an analysis of available and functioning loyalty programs. Further analysis of competitive programs and the whole business. The practical part includes the creation of a specific loyalty program for the company.

This master thesis is focused on analysis of competitive environment of the company Intelsol s.r.o. The goal was to compare companys competition and determining companys competetive advantage. The theoretical part deals with the basic terminology such as competetive environment, SWOT analysis, and Porters five forces framework. The rest of the chapters in theoretical part are dedicated to market segmentation, marketing communication, customer acquisition and customer service. The practical part is describes the company and its major competitors on domestic market. It is internal and external analysis. Further there is introduction of main competetiors and their comparison using the SWOT analysis and Porters five forces framwork. The last part deals with customer service and competetive advantage. It also contains recommendations regarding managing and improving the company, which Intelsol may find useful in its further corporate life.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the form of post-capitalist personal sales. It focuses mainly on the topic of building a relationship with a customer in selling, as a typical phenomenon of postcapitalism, and its influence on sales indicators. In theory, this type of sale is introduced from the point of view of sociologists and experienced salesman. It presents the context of its origin, its form and its specifics and principles. The thesis is based on the fact that it is important to gain customer trust in establishing a relationship between the sales assistant and the customer and thus the company and the customer. Trust is formed in the communication process, as a rule in an retail environment. This communication has its own rules in the form of customer service standards in sale. For a comprehensive view of the issue, a case study company has been selected and used as an example of how these standards are set in the guidence of a real retail company. In its stores, compliance with these standards in customer communication was measured by the Mystery Shopping method of research. Social network Facebook as a part of marketing mix of retail chains

The bachelor's thesis "Social network Facebook as a part of marketing mix of retail chains" explores the phenomenon of using Facebook social network for communicating with customers as a part of marketing mix of retail chains in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part the thesis introduces basic terms such as marketing mix, its tools, social networks, the term customer service and introduces retail chains in the Czech Republic. This theoretical knowledge is then applied within the analytical part of the thesis, which is dedicated to quantitative analysis in own research of communication of retail chains in the Czech Republic on the social network Facebook. This analysis was carried out between September and October 2016 on a sample of 1,271 posts and examines in detail the sentiment of individual user's posts, percentage of answered posts and time-efficiency of the reactions. Obtained values are then compared to the size of each page's fan base, the communication of retail chains in other channels and other connections that could have an impact on number of posts are examined. The goal of the analytical part of the thesis is to evaluate the level and effectiveness of communication of selected retail chains on this rapidly expanding network.
Proposal of Increasing Level of Logicistics Activities in Order Processing

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to increase the level of the selected customer service of the Secupack s.r.o. company. The theoretical part consists of logistics information, because the customer service interferes with individual activities of logistics. In the next part the customer services is described and are proposed certain methods to improve its level. Information acquired in the theoretical part is applied to the analytical part. The analytical part of this bachelor thesis aims to discover the current state of particular customer service, from which there will be proposed ideas to increase the level of the customer service and to lower the total expenses in this area.

The second part contains the theoretical background necessary to understand the issue. The third part focuses on analyzing the current state of the company and identifying ineffective processes within the sales department. The fourth part contains specific proposals to remove the current shortcomings and the last part summarizes the conditions and benefits of their implementation.

This diploma work deals with marketing utilization in service sektor, concrete in legal profession. The objective was to make analysis of marketing assertion in legal office. On the basis of suitable methods was followed and evaluated actual posture of marketing literacy in legal office. Result of practical analyses was definition of barriers, handicaps, reserves and opportunities at marketing utilization in legal office. Theoretical part features information about marketing in service sektor, shows in legal profession domain and gets acquainted with used methods. Practical part analyses contemporary state in legal office. By means of suitable methods is drafted the measure, how to eliminate barriers, handicaps and reserves and to take advantage of opportunities.
Analysis of selected company’s supply chain management

The thesis deals with an evaluation of supply chain management and other processes involved in customer requirements management of a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to describe and evaluate processes of all the company´s sections involved. The first part presents basic terminology, followed by theoretical part dealing with presentation of the company. Individual sections are described and set processes are evaluated. In case of deficiencies, corrective measures are proposed. The last chapter includes a SWOT analysis.
