Cílem bakalářské práce je zlepšení úrovně vybrané části zákaznického servisu společnosti Secupack, s.r.o. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o logistice jako celku, jelikož zákaznický servis zasahuje do všech jednotlivých činností logistiky. V další části je popsán zákaznický servis a metody pro zlepšování jeho úrovně. Informace z teoretické části jsou aplikovány do části analytické. Analytická část je zaměřena na zjištění aktuálního stavu vybrané části zákaznického servisu, ze kterého budou navrženy prostředky ke zlepšení úrovně zákaznického servisu a snížení nákladů v této oblasti. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to increase the level of the selected customer service of the Secupack s.r.o. company. The theoretical part consists of logistics information, because the customer service interferes with individual activities of logistics. In the next part the customer services is described and are proposed certain methods to improve its level. Information acquired in the theoretical part is applied to the analytical part. The analytical part of this bachelor thesis aims to discover the current state of particular customer service, from which there will be proposed ideas to increase the level of the customer service and to lower the total expenses in this area.
