The effect of theatrical costume on actor
Vojtová, Ivana ; Hnilica, Karel (advisor) ; Žák, Josef (referee)
The development of theatrical costumes isn't possible to separate from the development of civil clothing. The most important period in history of theatrical costumes is ancienit Greece. All next periods based from it or derived inspiration from it. The period of Renaissance is mainly associate with a phenomenon of English theatre and Italian commedy dell'arte. Both this styles are characterized by specific way of theatrical clothing, where the commedy dell'arte excels their masks and typical characters. Only in early 20th century costumes began promote themselves as separate area of dramatical production, which is need to be concerned in a detail and is worthy of assignment proper attention. This is four important turning points in history of theatrical costume. But ganges happened in all historical periods and concern a perception of actors' clothing (by spectators and thein users) or styles and materials. There is connection between successful interpretation of theatrical role and a costume, which has an actor on his body during playing on a stage. Costumes have important fiction in a connection with a movement. This is possilble observe from two angles of a view. For one thing it often happens that a costume needs specific way of a walk, holding body etc., which provide theatrical figure...

Awareness of the public about social assistance system in the Czech Republic
NAJMANOVÁ, Radka
This thesis deals with the social assistance system in the Czech Republic and makes a survey of the system as a whole. Its main objective is to present changes that have occurred in this particular area and to show how the Czech public perceives these reforms. In the theoretical part of the thesis I feature characteristics of the social assistance system with an emphasis on forms of assistance {--} social assistance benefits and social services. The empirical part describes views of respondents selected from the general public of individual areas of social assistance system and also of the system as a whole, including its evaluation. Partial objectives of research investigation turned out to be very important for making a survey of the views, therefore I focused also on finding out experience of people and awareness about social assistance system and resources people obtain this information from. I used quantitative research, the interview method and as a data collection technique I used a questionnaire. The research results show that awareness of the public about social assistance system is rather poor. Most addressed people had very incomplete knowledge in the field of social security and did not know the term social assistance at all. Respondents weren´t able to express their opinion because they had little information about the issue. The results point out low level of awareness and lack of interest of the Czech public about social assistance. I believe that Czech public is disoriented following the adoption of new laws. I would recommend paying much more attention to the transmission of information to users, to support general awareness and the ability of competent authorities to provide users with understandable information.

Analysis of socially responsible corporate behavior
Muzikářová, Ivana ; Hlaváček, Jiří (advisor) ; Hollmannová, Monika (referee)
This bachelor thesis analyzes corporate behavior that goes beyond the firm's economic duties and legal obligations. First of all, it studies the economic rationality of the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The empirical part of this work analyzes soci- ally responsible behavior in the Czech Republic. Its main focus is the relationship between the firm's level of CSR engagement, the type of ownership and the kind of industry it operates in. It turns out that foreign companies with low marginal costs and a homoge- neous product are among the most active ones. Furthermore, the nature and the time trend of CSR expenses are examined, especially in relation to the recent economic crisis. A surprising conclusion is made that the level of expenditures on corporate philanthropy are not significantly influenced by firms' current profits. The last two parts are dedicated to a theoretical model of interaction between the firm and its stakeholders. Using the tools of game theory it is proven that even the infinitely repeated game usually yields a socially suboptimal result. However, the existence of official codes of conduct among firms can have a genuinely positive effect on the level of business ethics.

MOTIVATION AND STIMULATION OF EMLOYEES AND CULTURE OF COMPANY
JANDOVÁ, Jana
The objective of the bachelor thesis has been to analyze motivation and stimulation of work performance in the selected company and to propose potential changes taking into account impacts of the coprorate culture. The survey was conducted in the joint-stock company GAMA GROUP a. s. Plant 9. The surveyed statistical set consisted of 52 employees. The applied method was a questionnaire survey. The results have shown that the motivational program of the company is not very elaborate nad that the company`s corporate culture has failed to reach sefficient intefrity and strength, which is manifested particularly by questionable communication, dissatisfaction with the current level of motivation and incentives, especially in respect to remunerations nad low level of identification with the company. In order to further develop the corporate culture and to increase the satisfaction of employees it is advisable to use humen resources more effectively, to improve communication and to redesign the remuneration system.

Využívání služeb marketingových agentur v ČR malými a středními firmami
Steinerová, Irena
This diploma thesis is focused on relationship between small and medium sized enterprises and marketing agencies. Its main objective is to determine the amount of small and medium-sized enterprises, which outsource marketing services and determine which factors affect decision making in this area. It was found that small and medium enterprises have rather dismissive attitude and generally underestimate marketing. The most important criterion in the selection of agencies are personal recommendations, as well as the amount and importance of the former clients of the agency and the price of services. These conclusions are based on quantitative research that was conducted in order to obtain primary data. The research sample included 288 responses of small and medium-sized enterprises. Research was evaluated using the statistical program Statistica v.12 Office and MS Excel. The results of the quantitative survey were then compared with opinions of representatives of marketing agencies and marketing freelancers. This feedback has allowed the author to formulate appropriate recommendations for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Optical measurement of the flow field around the aerodynamic profile in flutter regime
Vlček, Václav ; Kozánek, Jan ; Zolotarev, Igor
In the aerodynamic tunnel of the IT CAS, the interferometric measurement of the flow field around the NACA0015 profile in flutter regime was realized. The used profile with two-degree-of-freedom moved in the vertical direction to the flow direction and rotated around the elastic axis in 1/3 of the profile chord. The Mach number for the self-excitated profile vibration was 0.45. The profile kinematic, acting forces and moments during the self-excitation are presented.

Fiscal Equalization in Germany.
Mynaříková, Romana ; Pešek, Jiří (advisor) ; Mlsna, Petr (referee)
The thesis "Financial Equalization of German Federal States - a Key German Domestic Political Issue of the Turn of the Millennium" describes one of the most important elements of the German financial system, which has been in place since 1950s. It has its constitutional justification in the principle that citizens cannot be treated differently by the government simply because they live in different parts of the federation (article 107 of the German Constitution). The fiscal equalization exists in the form of redistribution of tax revenue (individual and corporate income tax and turnover tax) primarily according to the size of the population in each German state (Bundesland). It takes place vertically between the federation and individual states and simultaneously horizontally among states themselves. The "Länderfinanzausgleich", interstate horizontal fiscal equalization among the Länder, is certainly the main factor of interregional solidarity in Germany. Without central government's intervention, it organizes the horizontal redistribution of fiscal revenues among the Länder, including the five new Länder since 1995. The operating mechanisms are quite complex. Since the amount of money, which the rich states have to pass on to the poorer states, is enormous, the financial equalization became one of...

Interaction of proteins with inhibitors: quantum chemical study
Dobeš, Petr ; Hobza, Pavel (advisor) ; Vondrášek, Jiří (referee) ; Jurečka, Petr (referee)
This dissertation focuses on theoretical studies of the interaction between protein kinases and their inhibitors. Studied protein kinases, cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) and CK2 kinase (casein kinase 2) play an important role in regulating cellular processes in eukaryotic organisms. Their abnormal function in human cells can lead to serious diseases. This process can be stopped by blocking the aberrant protein kinases using specific low molecular weight inhibitors. Inhibitors of protein kinases typically bind to the active site of the enzyme by noncovalent interactions. Theoretical description of these interactions using quantum-chemical and molecular mechanical methods can help in understanding the biophysical principles governing the binding. These, in turn, can be subsequently used for a rational drug design of more effective and more specific inhibitors. The stabilization energy of the complex of CDK2 with inhibitor roscovitine is predominantly formed by the dispersion energy. DFT methods, which do not describe the dispersion energy was thus completely inappropriate for the treatment of such a system. When an empirical term is included to correct for the description of dispersion, such methods, as e.g. the SCC-DFTB-D, can be recommended for computation of this or similar complexes. The dominant part...
