Němeček, Tomáš ; Segeťová, Jarmila (advisor) ; Vindušková, Jitka (referee)
Title: Problems relating to the visually handicapped pupils at Jaroslav Ježek School Aim. of work: Mapping and evaluating the present sports possibilities of the visually handicapped pupils in the 2. stage of Jaroslav Ježek basic school in Prague. The aim is to concentrate on the facts that the pupils perceive as barriers and that hinder them from physical activities. Method: To reach the above mentioned aim there were compiled and sorted the necessary data. We made a survey for the pupils and furthermore we evaluated the acquired data. On the basis of the acquired information we proposed the enlargement of sports possibilities and proved them in practise. Results and conclusions: The school currently offers a wide portfolio of sports possibilities and thus both within the physical education lessons and in various sport clubs, and further by arranging the participation of the pupils in various republic sports competitions. The visually handicapped pupils have a chance to familiarize themselves with the basics of athletics, swimming, cycling, applied sports and physical games, traditional skiing, and also for example water sports, wall climbing, horse riding, in-line skating and other outdoor activities. The activities that tend to the compensation or reduction of the visual handicap or the weakened...

Approach to the choice of PC
Pokorný, Tomáš ; Gála, Libor (advisor) ; Pavlíček, Luboš (referee)
The main goal of this dissertation is to analyze the approach of common users within the scope of VSE in Prague to the choice of PC and to find out which basic characteristics of a PC and particular components are those users most focused on. Next point is to find out, how this approach is influencing IT knowledge of some of them. For this purpose, it was necessary to bring PC and the most important components to the attention of users. I created a questionnaire from the choice of characteristics of particular components and other relevant questions, which is to get answers for particular parts of the main goal. Obtained data are further presented and displayed by rate tabs for single questions and related answers. Values in tabs are given in absolute and relative formulation. Because not every respondent was answering all questions, relative formulation is related to the number of respondents, who answered given question. Some results are also presented in a form of pie chart for every respondent, eventually separately for those IT educated and the others. The most important findings are stated in the part with the presentation of questionnaire results and in the end of this dissertation.

Case study - biogas plant Úpice
Přidal, Štěpán ; Pastorek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Benešová, Libuše (advisor)
In this work, a full-scale biogas plant (electrical installed capacity of 150 kW) located in Úpice near the city of Trutnov was monitored and assessed. The input materials of this plant are sewage sludge and different types of organic wastes. The samples of solid digestate were regularly taken between December 2008 and December 2009 and they were analysed for the content of toxic substances. Data concerning the amounts of particular input materials and the production of biogas were obtained directly from the operator of the plant. In order to reveal, if there is a relationship between the amount of particular input material and the production of biogas, a multiple linear regression was used. Finally, an overall assessment of the biogas plant was also implemented. The results of chemical analyses showed the digestate fulfills the norms given by the Czech legislation and thus can be certified and put on the market. Potentially problematic substances that should be monitored in the future are zinc and PAHs. A multiple linear regression identified "a gut fillings" and "silage" as the most suitable substrates for the biogas production in this plant. However, the value of r2 coefficient was quite low (r2 ~ 0,73), so we cannot say there is a clear relationship between the amounts of particular input...

Social rehabilitation for adults with learning disabilities in program of wool processing
Pekárková, Kristína ; Pařízková, Olga (referee) ; Kucharská, Anna (advisor)
My work is based on theme psychological aspects that are significant in social services social rehabilitation adults with learning disabilities for their individual development and motivation. Research is led by question about importance of employment this people. I am interested in relationships and if happens to change of life style or personality after start in employment. These questions are reflected through analysis of literature connected with these topics. Also with support in theoretical platform I designed own implement for measuring. I made 4 interviews with service user social rehabilitation in Textilní dílna Gawain. All procured data are proceed through analysis and is found some categories fully connected with measured sphere. Main conclusion from this research is that social rehabilitation brings contributions in sphere of development individuality adults with learning disabilities, main in development of confidence, self-confidence, responsibility, independence, self-knowledge, empathy, social and communication skills and self-fulfilment. These contributions are result of satisfying needs with employment. Another gain of the research is in open next questions related with this theme.

Viscoelastic properties of microcrystalline cellulose and lactose
Sosvorová, Lucie ; Řehula, Milan (advisor) ; Špaček, Vladimír (referee)
The aim of this work was to evaluate the use of creep test during the compaction of microcrystalline celluloce Avicel PH 102, lactose FlowLac 100 and their mixtures in rates of 75:25, 50:50 and 25:75. Individual substances or mixtures were compressed by compression forces 0,25; 0,5; 1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 7,5; 10 and 15 kN. After the compression of each tablet a report describing the process of compression was procured. These dates were obtained by software connected with compression machine. Obtained relation bethween displacement and time was transfered to the relation bethween parameter J (creep compliance) and time. This relation was finally characterized by four basic parameters: E1 (immediate elasticity), E2 (retardet elasticity), P1 (plasticity) and FP (factor of plasticity). From the results we can see that microcrystalline celluloce Avicel PH 102 compared to lactose FlowLac 100 has lower elasticity and higher plasticity. With the decreasing value of microcrystalline celluloce Avicel PH 102 in the mixture the elasticity is inceased and plasticity decreased. Further was proved, that creep test method is usable in praxis for evaluation of pharmaceutical supplementary substances (fillers) used in the tablet manufacture. This test clearly valued the elasticity and plasticity by way of concrete numerical...

Colonization of the upper Loučná river from the Neolithic to the early Middle Ages with regard to the Czech-Moravian contacts
V případě kultury s vypíchanou keramikou a lengyelské kultury musíme na podrobnější chronologický rozbor rezignovat, pouze u zlomku StK z lokality Nedošín 2, 3, 3a můžeme vzhledem k výskytu velkých vpichů v kombinaci s malými uvažovat o mladším stupni této kultury v pojetí M. Zápotocké. Množství neolitických artefaktů pak nejsme schopni...

Rehabilitation of Ocular Patologies and Compensation of Visual Handicaps
PLÍŠKOVÁ, Kateřina
The thesis "Rehabilitation of eye pathologies and visual handicap compensation" was aimed at the visually disadvantaged. People with visual impairments cannot receive information from their surroundings visually, but must rely on other senses, especially touch and hearing. In that some assistive devices help them. They play an important role in the integration of visually impaired into society and the workforce. Tools help blind users to orientate themselves in space, to simplify the care of his person and to keep in touch with friends. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the term oftalmopedie, anatomy and physiology of the visual organ, the type of visual defects, their causes and degree of disability. As the title of this thesis suggests a description of assistive devices, which are divided into non-optical, optical, optoelectronic, information technology and other tools to facilitate the visually disadvantaged movement and work. In short, the theoretical part deals with the social and rehabilitation centers dealing with this issue. For an overview the contributions to utilities are given. The aim of this thesis is to determine how to improve the quality of life of people with visual handicaps. Research questions are established according goals. The main issue is to determine what compensatory aids are most often currently used. The second question is what ophthalmologic pathology of the respondents found. For data collection, the thesis qualitative research was used. Two methods were used. The first method of analysis documents that revealed that compensatory aids are the most in South Bohemia bought. As a second method of questioning was used semi-structured interview technique. Respondents were selected by the method of occasional selection of the examined group. The main criteria for the interviews were a person with a visual handicap and willingness to be interviewed. The sample consists of six clients. The results were evaluated using the cluster method. Results are divided into two parts. The first part is an analysis of documents obtained from Tyflokabinetu o.p.s in České Budějovice. The second part contains the subjective opinions of customers on usability of assistive devices. Results are for greater clarity divided into circuits. The first area contains the identification data of the respondents; in the following range visual defects and degree of disability of the respondents are mentioned. Other topics deal with assistive devices and latest circuit shows rehabilitation and care allowance. Discussion is also divided by headings and research questions. In the discussion of the results are compared information from respondents with the statement in the theoretical work. The results indicate that the computer is the most desired tool. According to the response to the client, we can say that the trends visually disadvantaged people are the equivalent of "healthy" population. Computers used to mediate contact with friends, searching for new information and reading written text. The use of other equipment mainly depends on the individuality of the individual. The research confirmed that aids help people not only in the orientation in space, at work and in educational facilities, but also in many other activities. Visually disadvantage can, through today's technology to tailor the majority and keep it the same step. The knowledge gained from this thesis could be used to raise awareness about mobility aids how in the case of the handicapped citizens, and even the general public and as a basis for further research.
