Součástí textu je obecné zhodnocení situace na výstavnickém trhu, zmíněny jsou trendy v oboru, vysvětleny pozice vystavovatele a organizátora, prostor pro veletrh v marketingovém mixu firmy.

Uplatnění psychologie v personálním řízení jako téma své bakalářské práce jsem si nezvolila náhodou. Je to oblast, které se již více než deset let prakticky věnuji při výkonu svého povolání. Pracuji v oblasti lidských zdrojů a zabývám se výběrem, adaptací, vzděláváním a kariérovým rozvojem zaměstnanců. Cenné zkušenosti jsem získala během působení ve velkých moderních společnostech s mezinárodní účastí, jako byla společnost Český Telecom a Komerční banka. Systém personální práce je v těchto společnostech velmi propracovaný a je kladen velký důraz na kvalitu poskytování personálních služeb. Měla jsem možnost podílet se na projektech, jako např. budování nové sítě obchodních center, a s tím spojeném výběru zaměstnanců formou tzv. assessment center, na vytváření kontaktních míst pro propouštěné zaměstnance a přípravě "outplacementu". V Komerční bance jsem v roce 2002 byla pověřena vedením projektu Vzdělávací program pro absolventy vysokých škol. Tento program se stal mezi studenty velmi populární a Komerční banka získala díky němu ocenění Nejžádanější zaměstnavatel pro absolventy vysokých škol za rok 2003 a tuto pozici obhájila i za rok 2004, 2005 a 2006. Design of a Destination Card for Toulava Region

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a destination card for Toulava region. This region is located on the border of Central and South Bohemia. Theoretical part of the thesis is focused on theory of destination management and marketing. Destination cards are broadly speaking packages of tourism services, so the first part deals with this term a lot. Next chapter is focused on destination card principles and best practices in this field. The second part of the thesis occupies with an analysis of internal as well as external environment of the Toulava region. The last chapter deals with a design of the destination card itself and it is based on findings from previous chapters.

NATO and WMD: Evolution of the threat construction and Alliance's response

This Diploma Thesis called "NATO and WMD: Evolution of the threat construction and Alliance's response" deals with the evolution of understanding of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) within the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). WMD, especially the nuclear ones, have preoccupied NATO since its establishment. However, it was only after the end of the Cold War that NATO started to focus on WMD as a specific overarching category, consisting of chemical, biological and nuclear (since 9/11 also radiological) weapons. Despite the conspicuousness of the concept and increased use of the WMD term, the definition of weapons of mass destruction is not clear-cut. However, the way the actors understand WMD is very important. For this reason, NATO's official discourse is studied as an indicator of how is WMD understood in the Alliance, which will allow to fulfill objectives of this thesis. First, the work intends to analyze how has the WMD threat been constructed and interpreted within the Alliance since the year 1991 until this day. Secondly, this thesis aims to find out what is NATO's response to the dangers posed by the identified WMD threats (i.e. proliferation and terrorism) and identify the concrete measures the Allies undertook to tackle the evolving WMD threat. Explicitness and explicitation in translation

V posledních letech se stále více translatologů věnuje výzkumu univerzálií překladu, mezi něž patří i explicitace. Tato práce se zabývá problematikou explicitnosti a explicitace v populárně-naučných textech z oblasti historie na jazykové dvojici čeština a němčina a ověřuje platnost explicitační hypotézy, podle které v překladech vždy dochází k explicitaci bez ohledu na dané jazykové a textové systémy. Explicitace je v předkládané práci tedy zkoumána jako univerzálie překladu, ačkoli se zároveň poukazuje na některé další faktory, které se na jejím vzniku mohou podílet (rozdílné stylistické preference, interference z jazyka originálu, idiolekt překladatele atd.). K výzkumu explicitace tato práce využívá nástrojů korpusové lingvistiky. Kapitola Stav zkoumané problematiky uvádí přehled dosavadních prací publikovaných na téma explicitace. Hlavní důraz je zde kladen na zkoumání explicitace jako univerzálie, ale jsou zde zmíněny i některé práce zabývající se explicitací jako překladatelským postupem a příčinou prodlužování překladu, jako důsledkem jazykově-systémových a stylistických rozdílů mezi jazyky, jako důsledkem kognitivního procesu při překladu a z hlediska teorie relevance. The purpose of insolvency proceedings in case of bankruptcy is to find out registered proof of dept and its subsequent relative satisfaction from the proceeds of the realization of estate. The main activities of the insolvency practitioner in the performance of his function is to review the filed claims of creditors, the findings of the estate and its subsequent inventory, management and sale. Position of the insolvency practitioner in the insolvency proceedings is a complicated issue, which is in our legal environment little discussed by legal theorists and it is necessary in many cases work solely on the insolvency practice. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current legislation regarding the insolvency practitioner and his role in insolvency proceedings with respect to the professional literature, the applicable legislation and case law. The thesis also shows the complexity of the position of the insolvency practitioner. A minor as debtor in proceedings to enforce judgment (by judicial officers or private enforcement agents)

This Master's thesis describes the position of a minor debtor in enforcement proceedings. The aim of this thesis it to, first, provide with a complex summary of the issue, concerning primarily topical questions which are discussed by experts in connection with childrens' indebbtedness, and second, to further identify the key drawbacks regarding the enforcement proceedings against minor debtors, with an offer for a solution. The thesis is subdivided into two parts. In the first part, there is the notion of a minor defined - for the purposes of this text, a minor is a person who is younger than eighteen years old and, concurrently, who was not emancipated by a court. The following chapters describe the protection of a minor in the legal system in general, where there are principles of best interest of a child and the right of a child to be respected in their opinion described. Further, the procedural protection of a minor is discussed, concerning primarily the procedural specifics of trials where a minor is a party to the case, including enforcement proceedings. Analysis of Unemployment selected group of graduates

The thesis is focused on description and evaluation unemployment of a selected group of graduate. There were chosen graduates of Czech university of Life Sciences Prague (Faculty of Economics and Management) and University of Economics, Prague (Faculty of Economics). The first part describes theoretical basis of the problem with the definition of basic concepts of unemployment, e.g. labour market, employment, unemployment, graduate, etc. One part of this chapter is dedicated to the description of chosen universities. The practical part is devoted to the progression of unemployment, which is analyzed on the basis of the available data and the data from the survey. The last part is focused on the results, possible recommendations for improving the employability of graduates on the labor market and discussion.

Analysis of impact of new software distribution models on company IS/ICT management

Diplomová práce se zabývá modelem distribuce aplikační funkcionality formou služeb (SaaS ? Software as a Service), transformací trhu s IT dle tohoto modelu a dopadem těchto změn do sféry řízení podnikové informatiky. Cílem práce je co nejlépe anticipovat dopad transformace IT průmyslu právě do oblasti služeb a na základě výsledků této prognózy odvodit nejvýznamnější změny, kterými projde jak samotná podniková informatika, tak způsob jejího řízení. Popis transformace IT průmyslu je možný na základě identifikace nejzávažnějších současných problémů tohoto průmyslu a popisu těch současných trendů, které k této transformaci směřují. Změny podnikové informatiky a jejího řízení jsou popisovány na základě vývoje od doby vzniku moderních podnikových informačních systémů (tj. počátek 90. let 20. století), s tím, že je kladen důraz na ty nejzávažnější problémy integrace IT do struktury podniku a nejvýznamnější metody, které se na řešení těchto problémů uplatňovaly či uplatňují. Velký důraz je v práci kladen na korporátní důsledky těchto změn, takže každý významný diskutovaný aspekt je zkoumán mimo jiné z pohledu jeho vstřebávání trhem či samotnou organizací, a to především z hlediska porovnávání nákladů a přínosů. Přínos práce spočívá především v analýze dopadů změn trhu s IT na subjekty na trhu působící, tedy jak na nabízející tak na poptávající. Z hlediska strany nabídky jde především o sekce věnující se vzájemným vztahům mezi poskytovateli aplikačních služeb (sdružování do tzv. SaaS platforem) a také nástupu celého modelu (viz např. tabulka 4.2 na str. 41). Z hlediska poptávajících na IT trhu, tedy z hlediska řízení podnikové informatiky, je přidaná hodnota práce především v těch částech, které se věnují možnému navázání SaaS aplikací na model řízení IT služeb, a dále např. integraci SaaS aplikací z hlediska uživatele (část 6.4.6). První tři kapitoly práce se zabývají úvodem do celého konceptu poskytování aplikační funkcionality formou služeb, současnému IT průmyslu a jeho problémům a také pravděpodobnému vývoji celého tohoto nového segmentu. Další kapitoly obsahují nejprve charakteristiku současného řízení podnikové informatiky a také aplikaci výše zjištěných poznatků o SaaS modelu na podnikovou informatiku. Poslední kapitola je orientována praktičtěji a obsahuje zjednodušený popis metody definice IT služeb v podniku a tvorby katalogu služeb.

Legal standing of neighbours in the procedures to grant planning permission The Diploma Thesis Zuzana Jílková Abstract The Diploma Thesis entitled "Legal standing of neighbours in the procedures to grant planning permission" presents an analysis of the concept of the "neighbour" in the individual procedures to grant a planning permission under the Building Act, namely the planning permission proceedings, the summary planning permission proceedings, the planning consent issuance, the conclusion of a public contract and the regulatory plan issuance. Procedural rights of the neighbour are analysed in detail. The neighbour, in its capacity as an interested person, may actively use these rights and thereby influence the course and outcome of the proceedings. The thesis focuses primarily on the planning permission proceedings and objections which neighbours may raise against the construction project under the conditions set out in the Building Act. The aim of the thesis is to create an image of the neighbour by means of an analysis of the various procedures and to outline the problematic aspects of the current legislation regarding in particular the defence before the administrative courts in the simplified procedures.
