Experience course for improvement in communication of youth with mentally handicapped

This bachelor thesis addresses the opportunities for social communication development for mental handicapped youths who use the personal assistance social service. The means used for communication development are practical experience courses. A questionnaire was sued for research purposes which proves that personal assistance is used by clients mainly in a school environment and for escorts. Despite this fact, demand for practical experience courses from assistants is considerable. Almost all of them consider them to be an opportunity for their client to get to know their client better, thereby improving the quality of the social service provided. Other research focused on comparison of individual plans for the users of the personal assistance social service. This research confirmed the importance of the work of personal assistants who have a demonstrable influence on the development of communication and socialisation of people with a mental handicap. Controlled interviews with clients demonstrated that the common intense experiences enjoyed during the practical experience course, converted into life experience, can have a positive influence on the relationship between the assistant and client. Specific aspects of 20th century artwork of educational programme in gallery

The thesis focuses on difference between theoretical and didactical aspects of work with artwork of so-called great styles (from the Romance art until art of 19. century), modern and postmodern artefact. It surveys the current thought of the early 21st century about art and visual culture. On the basis of this thought educational programs for gallery space come up. Within the framework of the thesis, two confrontational gallery educational programs have been proposed. At the end of the thesis, based on the comparison of these programs the specific aspects of 20th century artwork of educational programme in gallery have been formulated.

Nowadays, mobile phones, Internet and other communication devices can use the Internet or your mobile phone to communicate for hours. Start of thesis deals with an introduction to the history of the Internet and cyberspace as an environment in which the Internet is. Then he deals with basic psychological aspects of communication in cyberspace. It represents a typical group of victims, and various methods of attack. It points out the advantages and disadvantages of Internet and social networks and their dangers, but also on the positive aspects of social networks and the Internet for young people. The bachelor thesis can be used as a source of information to all who are interested in communicating on the Internet. And as a further inspiration to those who explore this area of communication.

The thesis analyse the use of new media in marketing communication, most of all with regard to the changes which had been taking place during last few decades. The development of information technologies a digitalisation brings about not only new communication channels, but it also causes changes in usage of the present ones. This requires not only the users but also the advetisers to adapt, at least if they are not willing to loose their customers. The means of communication in the world of new media is very specific and differs mainly in need of interaction and closer contact with the customer. On one side, this is a huge advantege since it is now possible to get immediate feedback, but on the other side, there is also the danger of being publicly criticized. The changes in media world also diminish the difference between media producers and consumers by enabling anyone connected to the Internet to create and share content. Human resource management is a deliberate approach to managing people who are employed in a particular organization and under the management leadership contribute to achieving organizational goals with their performance. Managing people is associated with personal strategy and policy,which have an important role in working with human resources. This issue is concerned in thesis. In the context of human resource management also deals with the culture of the organization and its influence on performance. Thi is followed by the analysis of management remuneration and the impact of motivation onemployee performance. The analytical part is aimed at exploring the effectiveness of human resources management in a particular company. The goal was to study the overall rate of employee satisfaction. We found out, that in a small business there is a noticeable change within two years. It also turned up, that the company completely changed the social climate and the age structure of employees.
Romany Experience in Communicating with Local Authorities

Bachelor thesis "Romany Experience in Communicating with Local Authorities" deals with going of communication among Romanies and local authorities based on statements of both sides. Thesis tries to define repetitive dysfunction characteristics of the communication and clarify their origin taking in account intercultural differences among individual participants. On the theoretical base, the thesis deals with creation and substantiality of the Romany identity and living conditions of Romanies in connection with discrimination and its effects. Last but not least the thesis tries to find out how significant the impact of Romany social exclusion and resulting way of living can be on majority non/acceptance.
Multilingualism in sound film

This thesis deals with issues of multilingualism, i. e. appearance of two or more different languages, in a film. The first part of the thesis provides an introduction to the theory of communication, then follows a brief look at the character of film communication, i. e. its primary and secondary stucture. The second part concerns with multilingualism on both levels of communication in film discourse. The author discusses filmmaker's intentions related to comprehension or incomprehension of a foreign-language text and establishes the functions of multilingualism. The following parts research three separate film categories whose classification is based on types of languages that appear in film. The first category embraces films in that several different real spoken languages figure, the second one includes films where real spoken language and fictional language appear, films of the third category present spoken language and means of communication used by deaf people. This thesis aims to discuss the main political and public aspects in the frame of media development and their changes, which are recalled by media. Political competition and its market behaviour is nowadays very naturally predisposed. Decision-making processes in the political sphere attract the attention not just by the experts, but also by wide and laic community. Behaviour of political leaders is influcnced by several changes approving in the political sphere and its circles. The global approach to media plays the key role, at the hand of political circles, which candidates directly and very hard appeal in all the elector's groups. Also very important factor here is a wide expansion of informative technologies. Racionalization of elective behaviour becomes very often in these days, what in many cases means that voters are still more sceptical to the relationship of the political scenes and its candidates. The more voices belong to that candidates who the voters think about, they refer the most interesting political pre-voting marketing and campaign. These changes shown, lead to the claim, that political parties direct their campaign by the hand of the base of marketing rules.
