Comprehensive evaluation of privat pre-school institution with accreditation Ministry of education, youth and sports

This work deals with a comprehensive evaluation of private nursery schools included in the Register of School Legal Entities. The main research problem is the definition of pre- school facilities accredited by the Ministry of Education based on its comprehensive evaluation. The aim is to completely analyze selected preschool institution accredited by the Ministry and subsequently define the field of education with regard to the research assumptions based on laws, regulations, school government documents and documents selected institutions. The object of this work will be private nursery school accredited by the Ministry and will be subject to evaluation of the operation, ie the evaluation of the organization, control, staffing, content and form of education, educational environment and employee satisfaction school. We will analyze the work and the resources and procedures that must be achieved in order for the organization received accreditation. Subsequently, on the basis of a questionnaire we discover how employees organization meets the system operation or you against him in certain areas defined. Headmaster of School with Legal personality, Economics of Educational institutions and Management of Educational Process

The work of the headmaster of the primary school, which founder is village, is very exacting due to its variety. The headmaster's rule is to be a manager, teacher and state administrator all at once. He must have the basic knowledge of economy, law, human resources management, upbringing and education. The main intention of this dissertation is to notice headmaster's competences and responsibilities and to clarify the management process of the education, the process of the school economy, the procedure of the administration. This dissertation is focused on the comparison of the time percentage that headmaster must dedicate to the education management, economy management, administration and additional organization managerial activity.
Evaluation of teaching in nursery schools in the Central Region

3 ABSTRACT: Final thesis deals with the question of evaluation of teaching in nursery schools. It provides information on what forms of assessment are used, which methods are the most frequently chosen, and what evaluation criteria to determine school. The paper also asked whether the evaluation in kindergartens focuses on the progress of the educational process or learning outcomes. The theoretical part provides an overview of the importance of individual concepts in the management of the educational process and its evaluation. A substantial part of the research, which was conducted through a questionnaire survey and analysis of the annual CSI. The result is a mapping of the current state of management and evaluation of teaching in nursery schools. The work of the headmaster with the legal subjectivity is very exacting because of its variety. The headmaster's role at this organization is to be the manager and a teacher as well. He has to have the basic knowledge of economy, law, human resources management, upbringig and education. To understand better the work of the headmaster, this dissertation is giving interpretation of the basic terms connected with directing economy and pedagogical process of primary school with legal subjectivity. Than it encourages administrative duty of headmaster during the leading process. This study is focust on a problem of admisnistrative occupational load of headmaster and to putting together optimal organizational structure of school from the wiev of the proportion and activites of school.
Evaluation tools for assessment of school programme in educational process

The master thesis deals with the evaluation tools available for the assessment of the educational programme in the pedagogical process. The aim of this work is to determine the attitudes and practical experience in school management through the use of evaluation tools in practice and to recommend management schools in the selection of appropriate evaluation tools. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on the literature analysed in terms related to the evaluation of school assessment tools. The practical part contains the results of an investigation which was carried out by questionnaire in primary schools and kindergartens in the Czech Republic. The main aim of the practical part is to determine which evaluation tools for school self-assessment are used. From the information obtained, the results of the survey, experiences and attitudes of school management in the area of available school self-assessment evaluation tools, were analysed.

TITLE: Organization Structure of a Basic School of Arts AUTHOR: Iveta Sinkulová ABSTRACT: My bachelor thesis "Organization Structure of a Basic School of Arts" sets a goal to research which organization structures are applied at basic schools of arts, how the jobs of headmaster and heads of departments are incorporated into the Org Chart and which tasks are delegated to them in terms of the management of teaching process. The first thing performed was descriptive research. Then the work of deputy headmaster and heads of departments is analysed and areas for delegation of tasks and corresponding jobs are suggested. Based on research of Org Charts of some other schools of arts, this work could be a clue how to set up and work on the structure or how to deal with its possible changes. My research and conclusions will well serve to the headmasters of basic schools of art, who care about how to control the teaching process and better organize the jobs. The output should provide a holistic view on the subjects. Org Charts should be a live document and not just a formal thing.

TITLE: ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE OF A BASIC SCHOOL OF ARTS AUTHOR: Iveta Sinkulová ABSTRAKT: My bachelor thesis "Organization Structure of a Basic School of Arts" aims at how to operate a school more effectively through a well-built Org Chart. It shows how to work out the structure of a school so that all the responsible teaching staff gets involved in the management at maximum possible rate and thus the process of teaching can be viewed from many different angles. Based on research of Org Charts of some other schools of arts, this work could be a clue how to set up and work on the structure or how to deal with its possible changes. The thesis also contains results of an opinion poll that I conducted among directors of basic schools of art in Central Bohemia Region. My work should provide a deeper insight into organization structure in schools of arts and show that an Org Chart is a live document and not just a formal item.
Applying particular criteria for measuring effectiveness of pedagogical process - comparing elementary and secondary school in Pardubice region

Focusing on school effectiveness as one part of the pedagogical evaluation, we get to the pedagogical process. The quality of the pedagogical process makes the base for the effective functioning of the school. Therefore the evaluation of the pedagogical process has to be the essential part of the school evaluation. The aim of this bachelor paper is to find out whether the managements of primary and secondary schools in Pardubice Region use the same criteria of evaluation in different areas of the pedagogical process and to make comparison of the primary and secondary schools. The method of inquiry is used to fulfil this aim. The first part of the paper is focused on the theory of the evaluation of the pedagogical process. The second part is practical and deals with the above-mentioned comparison. The conclusion of the paper assesses the inquiry results.
