NÁZEV: ORGANIZAČNÍ STRUKTURA V ZÁKLADNÍ UMĚLECKÉ ŠKOLE AUTOR: Iveta Sinkulová ABSTRAKT: Bakalářská práce Organizační struktura základní umělecké školy si klade za cíl zefektivnění řízení pedagogického procesu ZUŠ, na základě dobře sestavené organizační struktury školy. Dává návod, jakým způsobem s organizační strukturou pracovat tak, aby do řízení a kontroly pedagogického procesu byli v co největší míře zapojeni všichni zodpovědní pracovníci školy - ředitel, zástupce a vedoucí oddělení a proces byl sledován z mnoha úhlů pohledu. Na základě průzkumu organizačních schémat jednotlivých uměleckých škol dává návod k zamyšlení, jak organizační strukturou pracovat, a jak při eventuální změně struktury postupovat. Výsledky výzkumu a závěry práce by měli sloužit jako podkladový materiál ředitelům ZUŠ, kteří se nad řízením pedagogického procesu zamýšlejí. Výsledkem by měl být ucelenější pohled na předmět, organizační struktura školy by měla být skutečně živým dokumentem, nikoli pouze formální záležitostí. TITLE: ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE OF A BASIC SCHOOL OF ARTS AUTHOR: Iveta Sinkulová ABSTRAKT: My bachelor thesis "Organization Structure of a Basic School of Arts" aims at how to operate a school more effectively through a well-built Org Chart. It shows how to work out the structure of a school so that all the responsible teaching staff gets involved in the management at maximum possible rate and thus the process of teaching can be viewed from many different angles. Based on research of Org Charts of some other schools of arts, this work could be a clue how to set up and work on the structure or how to deal with its possible changes. The thesis also contains results of an opinion poll that I conducted among directors of basic schools of art in Central Bohemia Region. My work should provide a deeper insight into organization structure in schools of arts and show that an Org Chart is a live document and not just a formal item.
