Employees adaptation process
Šmejkalová, Klára ; Šerák, Michal (referee) ; Kocianová, Renata (advisor)
The first days are very important for each new person in the company. He or she decides if he/she wants to stay in this company after these few days. If the company has the system of adaptation for new employees it can help to reduce the risk of fluctuation. The most important people in this process are not the people from human resources as we can suppose but the future boss and new collegues. The new employee has to really understand what are the values of the company and what is he/she responsible for. The process of adaptation can not be only set up. The employee has to be evaluate and motivate during this process to see how effective it is. We can not leave new employee without help. We have to discuss the process of adaptation and next steps with the employee. I concentrate on the company Ahold Czech Republic, a.s. in my practical part of the essay. Ahold started to focus on adaptation process of employees in 2006. The company started with the pilot training for all new employees called ,,New Hires Training." Nevertheless the company focus more on the adaptation process for manageres. New special training was prepared for new manageres and they can learn about all process in the store and projects which have been running in the company so they can fulfill their position well in the future. The results...

Evoluation of efficiency at the level of anerobic threshold in swimming and running of young triathlets in 2001-2009
Doseděl, Tomáš ; Kovářová, Lenka (referee) ; Horčic, Josef (advisor)
Title: Evaluation of efficiency at the level of anaerobic threshold in swimming and runnin of young thriathlonists in phase 2000 - 2009 Aim: To evaluate changes in individual efficiency at the level of anaerobic threshold in swimming and running of junior triathlonists in phase 2001 - 2009 and to compare the average efficiency at the level of anaerobic threshold in running and swimming of junior triathlonists 1994 - 2000 and 2001 - 2009. Methods: Lactate anaerobic threshold has been set for swimming and running in cross- country conditions by the help of evaluation of the lactate curve. Cross-coutry tests 5 x 2km run and 4 x 300m swimming have been used for finding of anaerobic threshold. The results of anaerobic threshold measurement in swimming are processed by Laboratory of sport FTVS at the Charles University in personal computer software Laktat - Test Ver. 6.0 + by ETB - SOFT use. Its author is Mr. Ernst Böck from Austria. The parameters at the level of anaerobic threshold have been statistically processed. Results: Results of the thesis should contribute to the extension of the knowledge about the effeciency changes at the level of anaerobic threshold of thriatlonists in running and swimming. All this during specialized sport preparation. Recognized results and findings will be useful especially for...

MD simulations of complexes between nucleic acids and RNase H
Bartek, Tomáš ; Burda, Jaroslav (referee) ; Barvík, Ivan (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis was to study interactions between human Rase H enzyme and a natural and modified substrate using molecular dynamics simulations (altogether 9 MD runs ere produced). Conformational preferences of internucleotide linkages (undergoing contacts with the RNase H enzyme) were studied using several versions of the AMBER force field. Either one or two copies of RNase H were included into the simulated system. As the most important DNA-binding residues were recognized Trp93 and Ser101 in the first DNA binding site and Thr49 and Arg47 in the second DNA binding site. Further, the AMBER force field was re-parameterized slightly using ab initio calculations to produce force constants for the modified phosphonate internucleotide linkage. Biologically active version of the modified internucleotide linkage C3-O3-P-C-O5-C5 was able to bind Arg47 using two hydrogen bonds within the 10 ns MD run (even more effciently than in the case of MD runs with natural internucleotide linkages). On the other hand, the biologically inactive C3-O3-C-P-O5-C5 internucleotide linkage lose contacts with Arg47 quickly.

Working of crusaders of red star in West and North-west Bohemia by 1526. Possession of property, hospices and parish administration
Janderová, Andrea ; Hledíková, Zdenka (referee) ; Bobková, Lenka (advisor)
Knight order of crusaders of red star is the only male catholic church order of Czech origin. lt is connected to the beginning of Franciscan movement in the Czech lands and to the personality of St. Agnes the Czech, who founded a hospic for the poor, sick and elderly in 1233. This hospic was built together with cloister of female branch of the Franciscan order in neighbourhood of St. Hastal church in the Old Town of Prague. Running of the hospic was apointed to lay fraternity. In 1234, king Wenceslas 1. adressed a protec ti ve document to the fraternity, shortly followed by a Papal bull, which ensured subordination of Na Františku cloister directly to Papal stooJ. Another buJ] from 1237 became also the confirmation document of the new order, appointed to run the hospic. The order became independent by-law, but property-wise it stayed dependent on the St. Frances cloister. The following year, Agnes in behalf of the c10ister gaye up aU their fortune and the Pope Gregory IX gaye the hospic together with all its belongings to master and friars of the hospic order. In 1252 the base stone was laid to the new hospic and church of the order, the central residence at the end of the old Judith's Bridge. Moving to the new quarters marked the end of a first phase of order's development and it was a beginning of a new...

Information society and wireless municipal networks
Svěcený, Jan ; Doucek, Petr (advisor) ; Klas, Jan (referee)
Nowadays the information society is a very often discussed topic, but lots of people don't know precisely what this idea means, or they have different opinions. The main characteristics of information society are labor with data, digital elaboration, ways of storage and data transportation. In these times labor with data is becoming an economical activity, that runs trough all segments. We are living in the age of digitalization and the rate of progression is still rising. This theme is also important in public sector. One of elementary activities in public sector is rising digital awareness of inhabitants. Other goal local governments are aiming for is providing high level and high quality information and communication services. One of the ways to achieve these goals is without doubt building wireless municipal networks. There are several investor models for implementing these municipal networks. There are also several models that address the various ways these networks can contribute to their users. Purpose of this study is to define and explain elementary terms such as "information society" and "municipal network" and other terms that are connected with these. Another object of this study is to show different ways to implement these wireless municipal networks and also to show examples where the act of implementation of municipal network has already been processed and make success assessment of existing implementations from the initiator -- local government's point of view.
