Thesis consists of search of log splitter types and common used technologies, mechanical design, optimalization, design of propultion system, risk analysis and financial overview. Log splitter is designed to meet needs of automatization. Safety, industrial design and ergonomy has been considered in the design.

The work compares developed design with design solutions commonly used in Formula Student vehicles from the perspective of weight reduction, assembly size minimization and improvement of vehicle performance.
Preventive maintenance of hydraulic systems in order to achieve maximum reliability

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to give reader the necessary knowledge needed for planning and handling preventive maintenance of hydraulic systems. This work consists of three parts. In the first part the basics of hydromechanics are described and a relatively detailed description of basic parts in hydraulic systems is included. In the second part of the thesis components that have straight impact on reliability of hydraulic systems are characterized and the last part covers topics such as creating preventive maintenance plan, working on hydraulic components important for maintenance and optimization of preventive maintenance.

In aviation, great emphasis is placed on aircraft safety. The current technical condition of the aircraft and its systems is an important parameter for its airworthiness. The technical condition of the elements measured during the flight should be compared to parameters specified by the manufacturer and measured in laboratory conditions. This thesis deal with the possibilities of the use of dimensionless numbers for the diagnostics of the hydrogenerator and deals with the diagnostics possibilities of selected elements.
Solution of Non-Linear Hydraulic Networks

Thesis deals about solution of non-steady flow in hydraulic systems, which have one dominant component of velocity. Such systems can be arbitrarily structured and they are not limited by number of elements. Computation is based on Lax-Wendroff method and enables considering of variable sound peed as function of static pressure and properties of pipe material. It means, that hydraulic system can be very various. Numerical method is described in detail and description is also focused on sensitivity of method for time step and length step. It can be very imported for evaluation of numerical viscosity, which is compared with second viscosity of fluid. Hammer is working title of software, which was developed on the basis of written numerical procedures. This software enables fast computation of flow in pipe-line systems.

In its initial part it describes different types of manipulators in use, following by several possibilities how to solve the problematics. The main part of the thesis is focused on concrete solution and construction of such manipulating facility, including the strength and control calculations.

Bachelor thesis has solved the design of mobile air handler equipment. The content is the choice of an appropriate technical solution and implementation mechanism for the static analysis of network elements. Furthermore, the design of dimensional and material parameters of the main equipment parts, which are controlled by strength calculation. Another goal is to provide hydraulic power for mobility and security. The Manipulator allows lifting the maximum weight of 525 kg to a height of 1700 mm.

The bachelor's thesis has solved the design proposal of the mobile manipulator for the aero-aggregates.The goal is to design main carrier units. The design has been proposed by means of the project calculation and performing the check calculation. The manipulator is enabling manipulation with the aggregates up to the maximum height of 5 metres and maximum weight of 250 kg.

The theoretical part contains the basic characteristics of fluids, hydraulic system parts description, hydraulic system elements description, characteristic of measured variables and description of diagnostic methods of the hydraulic system elements. The practical part includes the methodology of disassembly-less diagnostics of hydraulic system and verify the suitability of the proposed disassembly-less diagnostics.
