Concept for Motivational System Change in a Company

This thesis deals with suggestions of appropriate changes in a concept of incentive system in the particular company. Changes will be suggested based on the theoretical background and the current state in the company. The proposed solutions will be used as a concept for increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of workers, to reduce the sickness and fluctuation and on the basis of these sub-goals to improve performance throughout the organization.

Proposal to Improve Corporate Cultural and Intracompany Communitation

This thesis aims to evaluate the corporate culture, and related communications in the company. In the theoretical section first explains the basic concepts related to corporate culture, internal communications and human resources management. Subsequently, on the basis of the survey, the practical part of the work. It analyzes the current state of corporate culture, communication and overall satisfaction of employees in the company. Each of the identified problem area is individually defined and described, and a key element of the thesis is the recommendation of such remedial measures through which will improve corporate culture and communication, and thus to greater employee satisfaction.

Suggestion of Employees Stimulation System

Master Thesis deals with the problem of employee satisfaction at Copy General. I am presenting here a new version of questionnaire created by optimizing the original version, which were designed according to circumstances and desired outcomes. I also analyze actual situation of employee satisfaction. In Thesis I am presenting solutions based on the outputs from research and conversations with managers.

Proposal for Improvement of Customer and Employee Satisfaction

The subject of this master’s thesis, based on the results of researches on customer and employee satisfaction, is to provide proposals and suggestions leading to their better satisfaction. In the theoretical part, attention is particularly paid to services themselves, followed by customer and employee satisfaction and potential relations between them. For better analysing of these two respondent groups, a field research was conducted and primary data were collected through questionnaires. A discussion on the research results follows. It is believed, that the analysis of customer and employee satisfaction will contribute the company to their better understanding.

The Analysis of the Employee Benefit System at a Particular Organization

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on employee benefits at a particular organization. The first part summarizes basic theoretical knowledge gained from professional literature. The second part introduces the particular organization, its history and the current system of employee benefits, which is analyzed by means of a survey. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the employee satisfaction with employee benefits and to identify strengths and weaknesses of this benefit system. The final part defines measures to be taken to improve functioning of the benefit system at the particular organization.

Position of personnel department in an international company

This master thesis is dealing with the topic of perception and role of HR department in a firm from the employees' perspective. The aim was to find out the satisfaction of employees with HR services. In two international companies ("A" and "B") there was conducted a survey among company team leaders (supervisors and managers), which was aiming to find out their intensity of use and satisfaction level with HR. It was discovered that respondents from company A use given HR services (recruitment, HR operations, training and development, remuneration and internal communication) more often than company B but are less satisfied. As an output of this thesis, there were given some recommendations to both companies, so that their HR team can improve its position and thus reputation of the whole personnel department in the company.
