Nejprve se zabyvame vyvojem a vznikem sifry od vypsani souteze a2 po vyhlaseni vitezneho kandidata. Pote se venujeme jejf konstrukci, ve ktere se vyuziva nekterych netrivialnich poznatku algebry pfi praci s polynomy nad konecnym telesem. V teto kapitole je tez popsana prima inverzni sifra a ekvivalentni inverzni sifra slou^ici k desifrovani zasifrovanych dat. Cobalt phthalocyanines as sensors for detection of htiol groups

Title: Cobalt phthalocyanines as sensors for determination of thiol groups Annotation: The possibility of employment of cobalt phthalocyanine as a material for the modification of HOPG electrode for construction of a sensor for quantification of thiol groups was studied. Thiol groups are occurring in various biologically active substances (sulfur amino acids). The electrochemical behavior of cobalt tetraneopentoxy-phthalocyanine (CoTNPc) in the water/organic phase system was studied, and individual peaks of cyclic voltammogram of the compound were identified. The electrodeposition of CoTNPc on HOPG electrode was found as a suitable method for construction of the sensor for quantification of thiol groups. The reproducibility of fabrication of the sensor and its time-stability was studied. The calibration dependencies for model analytes (cysteine hydrochloride and homocysteine) were measured. Systém státní sociální podpory v České republice

Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na systém státní sociální podpory (dále systém SSP) v České republice. Práce seznamuje s historií, vznikem, současnou podobou systému SSP a chystanými změnami. V úvodu stručně vymezuji základní pojmy tématu (životní minimum, rozhodné osoby, nezaopatřené dítě), které jsou důležité pro stanovení dávek. Dále se věnuji financování systému SSP a objemu veřejných výdajů připadajících na SSP. Další část práce blíže charakterizuje jednotlivé typy dávek, jejich konstrukci, výši a podmínky nároku na jednotlivé dávky, které jsou ze systému SSP vypláceny. V závěru práce popisuji hlavní změny, které nastanou u jednotlivých dávek a v jejich konstrukci od 1.1.2008. Tyto změny demonstruji pomocí jednoduchých modelových příkladů, které srovnávají současný stav s plánovaným.

Tato diplomová práce se zabYvá jedinecnymi dopisy Johna Bowringa, v nichZ tento Anglican popisuje Nizozemi prvni poloviny devatenáctého stoleti. Jeho jméno je dnes pro mnohé z nás sice neznámé, ovsem ve své dobe dávala tato vsestranná osobnost 0 soM vedet v ruznych sférách spolecnosti. V Nizozemi je Bowring dodnes vázenym clovekem, jelikoz projevoval obrovsky zájem 0 tuto malou zemi. V této práci najdete odpovedi na následujici otázky: autoruv zivotopis, jeho vztah k Nizozemi, okolnosti vzniku dopisu, kdy a kde byly zverejneny. Hlavnim cilem je ovsem pojednáni 0 obraze Nizozemska, ktery je ctenáfi prezentován. Vychodiskem je soucasná teorie 0 imagologii, podle které je reflexe národa chápana jako "textová konstrukce". To znamená, ze reflexe vypovidá 0 tom, jak je (nebo byl) urCity národ jinymi vnimán, pricemz nezálezi na tom, jaky dany národ ve skutecnosti je. Tento proces se nejzretelneji projevuje v literature, a proto imagologové hovofi predevsim 0 textové konstrukci.

Medical house in Hustopeče.

This diploma thesis medical house in Hustopece deals with a design and project documentation for construction health facilities in Hustopece. Object is used to provide a daily patient care. There are nine private medical facilities of various specializations, pharmacy and optics. Object with its proposal allows wheelchair access. This is a hasnot four-storey building. Structure consists of monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton with stiffening walls, footings based and passports. internal unsound are designed from the drywall. Building roof is flat, edging attic.

High school Ústí nad Orlicí

This thesis solves the construction area of High school building in Ustí nad Orlicí deals with the main building of the complex. The High school will be located in the district town of Ustí nad Orlicí, in the district on Štěpnice, this is a developing area on the outskirts of town. The building will serve as a high school facilities, with a capacity of 360 students and 20 teachers and 10 other staff. The main building of High school is designed as a three-storey building, its shape resembles the letter T with a smaller spur of handstand. The building is roofed single-roof with vegetative planting. The building is built of structural system POROTHERM masonry blocks with precise thin cleft. Ceiling design floors form the hollow prestressed ceiling panels Spiroll from Goldbeck over the main entrance consists of reinforced concrete ceiling construction cross reinforcement plate, then the ceiling structure made of suspended ceiling drywall. Dominating the lecture hall buildings form a stepped podium staircase and from outside the auditorium finish of brick strips Klinker, located above the main entrance to the building. The building is adapted for wheelchair use. Work includes documentation and drawing part, that is handled as a detailed documentation.

Project planning and management of construction of the regional branch of VZP in Jihlava

Abstract The aim of this thesis is the preparation of the building and technological project of the regional department of the company VZP CR in Jihlava. The content of this thesis is the elaboration of technological regulations for reinforced concrete and prefabricated skeleton and for monolithic external walls. The quality and characteristics of these constructions are solved in the controlled and test plans. Site facilities including occupational safety and health,transport routes for transporting of materials and traffic around the site are addressed in detail in the next section of this thesis. Optimally designed set of machines for realization of this construction is included as well. The diploma thesis determines work procedures so as to take into account the economic aspect and time demands of construction.

Introduction to Bayesian Statistics

The aim of this thesis is to cover the basics of Bayesian inference. Bayesian logic is to consider parameter as a random variable with specific prior distribution. Prior distrubution can be chosen from wide range of possibilities. In this thesis miscellaneous choices of prior distribution are discussed and are followed with many examples. The another part of thesis concerns with building Bayesian point and interval estimates. Everything is compared to classical approach towards statistics. Last section shows the application of previous topics on real data.

The first people in space according to Czechoslovak media

This thesis focused on how propaganda was used in the Czechoslovak media and how that directly relatedd to the first people in space. The aim is an analysis of celebrities of Soviet state system including Yuri Gagarin, Valentina Tereshkova and also John Glenn for comparison. The thesis discusses how these people were promoted and constructed into cult heroes in Eastern, Western and Third World countries. The secondary literature of this subject was not yet analysed and the author wants to use it for further study. The contemporary sources are used in the press - Rude pravo, Mlady svet, Dikobraz, ABC mladych prirodovedcu a techniku and the Ceskoslovensky vojak.
