This thesis solves the problem of motivation system in the company Telconnect, Ltd. and notes and address any deficiencies of motivation system. New motivation system should excel its attraction and targeting the employees, but also minimized the financial intensity for the company. In my thesis are provided basic theoretical knowledge, practical solutions and suggestions, which could lead to total improvement of the system and effective work of employees.

Tax Optimalization of the Business Subject

This thesis is dealing with the tax optimization of the selected company. The introduction of the thesis is devoted to Czech income tax legislation focusing on taxation of legal entities. The aim of the thesis is to identify areas that allow legal tax optimization of the selected subject. Subsequently, measures will be proposed to the entity to reduce the resulting tax liability.

This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis and improvement of company Zebra Technologies CZ s.r.o. First part of thesis is devoted to theoretical concepts related to this topic. In second analytical part, the company is introduced, analysis of motivation program and evaluation program of the company is carried out. Last part is focused on proposed measures to improve the company’s motivation system based on the results from analysis part of thesis.

Employee’s Benefits

The bachelor thesis deals with characteristics of employee´s benefits with respect to the accounting and tax aspects according to the current law. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current system of employee´s benefits in the selected company. Based on the questionnaire survey it identifies the satisfaction of employees with the current system of employee´s benefits. To make employees satisfaction it suggests changes and described supposed contributions.
