Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na rozbor a zlepšení motivačního systému společnosti Zebra Technologies CZ s.r.o. První kapitola je věnována teoretickým pojmům související s touto problematikou. V druhé analytické kapitole je představena společnost a provedena analýza motivačního programu a systému hodnocení ve společnosti. V návrhové kapitole jsou pak na základě výsledků provedených analýz navržena opatření na zlepšení motivačního systému společnosti. This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis and improvement of company Zebra Technologies CZ s.r.o. First part of thesis is devoted to theoretical concepts related to this topic. In second analytical part, the company is introduced, analysis of motivation program and evaluation program of the company is carried out. Last part is focused on proposed measures to improve the company’s motivation system based on the results from analysis part of thesis.
