The purpose of this thesis is to demonstrate the creation of a company business plan focused on mediating temporary jobs through the use of mobile applications and websites. Furthermore the thesis articulates, how the business plan serves to assess the project´s feasibility and evaluate the return on investment. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the business as well as the methods of creating a business plan. In the practical part these discoveries are applied to the formation of a business plan. The paper will give a brief introduction of the company followed by a description of the business opportunities, company goals, market potential, competition analysis, market strategy, implementation plan, constructing a financial plan, return on investment calculations, and establishing conditions for success. The conclusion is devoted to an overall assessment of the business plan.

Business Plan for Establishment of Trade

The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan of Kavárna XY operated by independent entrepreneur. The work consists of two parts. The first part is the theoretical framework which focuses on the legal requirements of entrepreneurship and structure of a business plan.The tools like PEST analysis, Porter`s five forces analysis and SWOT analysis are explained. The second part is the application of findings from the theoretical part and focuses on creating the business plan of Kavárna XY. The practical part deals with the definition of competetive advantage, analyzes a company environment and competition, deals with the creation of sales and financial plan and evaluates project risks. An output of the practical part is to create a business plan and prove that the project is feasible and profitable.

Freedom of Expression and Censorship on the Internet and Social Networks

This thesis is focused on freedom of expression and censorship on the internet and social networks. Its goal is to evaluate current situation of censorship of the internet, to describe the most often used methods of censorship and suppressing free speech, as well as methods of its circumvention. The thesis is focused on the progress of internet censorship in its shift from a tool of governmental domestic network control into a tool in the hands of multinational organizations. Some focus is also given to the importance of anonymity as a way to freedom of speech, and to the analysis of current situation and possible future outcomes. This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first one serves as an introduction into the problematics. Second chapter describes methods of internet censorship, the third one describes its circumvention. The fourth chapter looks into the current situation regarding the role of social media in terms of internet censorship and possible results of censorship as well as future evolvement. Fifth and last chapter is dedicated to research of anonymous parts of internet community that could otherwise face censorship.

The Economic potential of immovable industrial heritage and its utilization

The focus of this bachelor thesis is on the current topic of the utilization of immovable industrial monuments in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is a detailed analysis and evaluation of the condition and the utilization of these industrial monuments in the Czech Republic. The foundation of this work is a theoretical definition, categorization and separation of industrial buildings. Furthermore the exploration of history, present status and extent of the industrial heritage in the Czech Republic as well as its cultural heritage protection. Eventually the research will present the economic potential and possibilities of new utilization of these industrial monuments in general and also in detail using specific examples. An integral part of this research will be application of this theme on specific immovable industrial monument. This will be completed with regards to assessment of its condition and utilization of all obtained findings from already revitalized industrial buildings.

Feasibility study of a project of extension of an equestrian centre

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the viability of an investment project which is concerned by extension of an equestrian centre. Two main components of the project are the construction of a new mounted riding hall and the extension of the stables for clients' horses. The evaluation will be based on a feasibility study. The thesis analyses the reasons for realising the project, describes the factors which influence its feasibility and evaluates their impact. The result of the study is summarized in the recommendation for the investors. This recommendation will serve as a basis for the decision making of both the investor and the current owner.

Contemporary methods of treatment of injuries and their complications in immature permanent teeth in children

This study deals with the evaluation of endodontic treatment using calcium hydroxide materials in immature permanent teeth that have sustained traumas, especially after severe periodontal tissue injuries. - The aim of this work was: a. to analyze the factors that contribute to occurrence of post-traumatic complications, especially after avulsion injuries in immature permanent teeth , b. to investigate the effectiveness of endodontic therapy of these complications with the use of calcium hydroxide materials in immature permanent teeth, c. to evaluate various calcium hydroxide materials, d. to compare our results with other studies in literature concerning calcium hydroxide properties in cases that it is used as an intra-canal medicament. - The pre-clinical and clinical parts of this thesis are divided in 3 parts: 1. Evaluation of primary schools teachers` knowledge on providing first aid in cases of tooth avulsion injuries: immediate and proper first aid and fast transfer of children to dental practitioner are determining factors for prognosis of the injured tooth and for future occurrence of post-traumatic complications. 300 teachers were asked to fill questionnaires about avulsion of permanent teeth. 69 % of the respondents had never been informed about providing first aid in dental trauma situations, 34 %...

Creation of the Enterprise Architecture model according to the TOGAF framework

The present diploma thesis aims at introducing the Enterprise Architecture and creating an abstract model of a company. The primary focus is on application and process layers as defined in the architecture framework TOGAF. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical chapter starts with a business model analysis which means to describe mission vision and companys values as a part of the strategy framework. Furthermore the business processes are described in the latter part of this section. This chapter attempts to explain how to map a business process and to categorize it by nature and maturity level. Penultimate chapter introduces the Enterprise Architecture in general. This section includes arguments as to why the companies should be concerned with the Enterprise Architecture advantages of the Enterprise Architecture implementation into the companys documentation relationship of companys core business and IT and examples of the Enterprise Architecture frameworks. The last chapter deals with the TOGAF framework where Architecture Development Method is described. This means how Enterprise Architecture model is created and how to implement changes into the layers according to the TOGAF framework. Simultaneously the last section of this chapter describes the reference models which provide graphical overview of all abstractions layers. The practical part of the thesis elaborates on the theoretical part using the Architecture Development Method process in order to create the Enterprise Architecture model according to TOGAF framework. Same as the theoretical part it only focuses on the application and process layer. Firstly the business model is decomposed into vision mission and companys values to the companys strategy and business goals in order to grasp further understanding of business processes detailed description. Subsequently the abovementioned aspects are recomposed to create process map which provides the management overview. The application layer undergoes the same process; nonetheless the process map is replaced by information system description and reference model creation. Once the models are created the thesis compares them with the business and strategic goals. The benefit brought by this thesis is critical evaluation of current status to propose changes to achieve target architacture according business and strategic goals established by management.

Competitiveness of the EU countries – Comparative Analysis

The diploma thesis focuses on comparative analysis of the EU countries, specifically of the United Kingdom and the Federal Republic of Germany. The paper is divided into four parts. The initial chapter is aimed at specification of the term competitiveness and the methods of measuring the competitiveness. The second and the third part focus on evaluation of chosen countries by using hard indicators and their placement in multicriterial rankings. The last chapter focuses on comparison between the competitiveness of United Kingdom and Germany

The nursing process in a child patient with portal hypertension

My work called "Nursing process at a child suffered from portal hypertension" have been devided into two basic parts. The first part is theoretical, the second one is practical. In the first half of my work I deal with anatomy and physiology of liver, gallbladder and gallbladder ways. In the second part I mention characteristics of the disease, a clinical picture of portal hypertension, a general assessement leading to diagnosis of this disease. In the first part I have mentioned basic information about the disease, course of hospitalization, investigative methods and therapy survey. In the practical part I use the investigative process model, which goes out from the "Functional health" by Majora Gordon. Thanks to gained infromation from the medical documentation, from the patient, patient's mother and other medical stuff I analyzed all problems and set out actual and potential nursing diagnosis before and after the surgical intervention. I describe realization and evaluation of nursing interventions. In the end of my work I delt with the patient's education and also with patient's mother'education. The aim of the education was to advice and to adhere to medical and nursing instructions, to hand over sufficient of information about consequences and answering all questions, that have been in my competence....

Agression measurement and assessment using methods of psychological diagnostics

We have tried in doctoral thesis to objectively verify usability of questionnaires and projective methods in evaluation of aggressiveness of psychiatric patients. In the theoretical part of the study we discuss definitions of aggression and aggressiveness. There is a number of theoretic interpretations of aggressiveness and aggression in which these general terms are characterized. Most authors and single theory are in full agreement of views that there are two types of aggression, aceptable and unacceptable for society. We have aimed at bio-psycho-social aspects of aggression and the structure of aggressive personality. Nowadays there are many branches of science, which are engaged in aggressiveness, for example genetics, biology and psychology. It is evidence to support the view that aggressiveness is a serious problem in human society. At the same timee it is difficult to find empiric assessment of aggression. (...) In conclusion: These results verify clinical and forensic experience with assessment and measurement of aggressiveness. Test methods show much more general temperament dispositions, tendency to emotional reaction and to explosive reactions. Information and experience from this thesis could be helpful for assessment of emotional aggression in psychiatric patients and for forensic practie....
