Bakalářská práce se věnuje aktuálnímu tématu využití nemovitých industriálních památek v České republice. Cílem práce je podrobná analýza a zhodnocení stavu a využití nemovitých industriálních památek v ČR. Základem práce je teoretické vymezení průmyslových staveb, jejich kategorizace a rozdělení. Dále prozkoumání historie, současného stavu a rozsahu industriálního dědictví v ČR a jeho památkové ochrany. Práce posléze představí ekonomický potenciál a možnosti nového využití těchto industriálních památek a to v obecné rovině i na konkrétních příkladech. Nedílnou součástí práce bude i aplikace tématu na konkrétní nemovitou industriální památku. Ta bude provedena s ohledem na zhodnocení jejího stavu a možností nového využití za pomoci získaných poznatků z již revitalizovaných industriálních objektů. The focus of this bachelor thesis is on the current topic of the utilization of immovable industrial monuments in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is a detailed analysis and evaluation of the condition and the utilization of these industrial monuments in the Czech Republic. The foundation of this work is a theoretical definition, categorization and separation of industrial buildings. Furthermore the exploration of history, present status and extent of the industrial heritage in the Czech Republic as well as its cultural heritage protection. Eventually the research will present the economic potential and possibilities of new utilization of these industrial monuments in general and also in detail using specific examples. An integral part of this research will be application of this theme on specific immovable industrial monument. This will be completed with regards to assessment of its condition and utilization of all obtained findings from already revitalized industrial buildings.
