Role of director of a kindergarten in shaping school culture

Thesis deals with the role of the director of a kindergarten within shaping of the school culture and with the potential of school culture in terms of contemporary education. Thesis focuses on the factors which the director influences the most and which leads to increased level of quality of teachers' work. In the theoretical part the emphasis is on understanding the concepts in the school culture, school climate, management and leadership and also on relationships in kindergarten, which create and develop a quality society. Further, the thesis concerns the research investigation, which detects the orientation of the issue of school culture and current use of knowledge in connection to the management of kindergarten. Jiří Trunda ABSTRAKT The changeover of kindergarten culture after taking the office by a new director This bachelor project deals with problems of the alteration in the school culture after assuming the office of Director. The theoretical part is based on scientific literature, which explains a culture of the school, its diagnostics, the evaluation and consequent changes. The research part tries to investigate the actual situation of the school culture in the specific institution. It attempts to identify problematic factors of school culture using analysis of data and find out how to initiate a convenient process leading to alteration of school culture. The question was if it is necessary to involve employees in the process or leave this difficult task on a director. The answer to the question "How to change a school culture" is certainly very difficult, because of different conditions in each school, different people working in the school and last but not least different values and attitudes, which they share. The successful team - how to well compiling and effectively lead the NGO team

Annotation: The dissertation "The successful team - how to well compiling and effectively lead the NGO team" is related to the personal management of NGO. The main goal of dissertation is to provide "the manual" to the team leader, how to well compile and lead effectively his or her team in the NGO. In the theoretical part of dissertation I firstly deal with the importance of NGOs in the society and their specifics. I'm interested consecutively in the phenomenas related to the personal management of NGOs. The second part of the work is written as an interrogatory survey. Due to this survey I'm focusing on providing the rewarding informations as - what are the important factors for the members of team and how to lead the team more effectively?

The diploma thesis focuses on the formulation of the concept of leadership. I would like to analyze what is the essence of the leadership and what forms can be found according to sources available. The comparison with real subjects in the management field shall take place. The thesis outcomes will present recommendations based on survey carried out. These recommendations should contribute to a more effective function of the company hand in hand with more satisfied employees.
Comparison of organizational architecture of small and medium companies in the financial consulting sector

The thesis is focused on the comparison of organizational architecture of selected companies-OVB Allfinanz, a.s., Partners Financial Services, a.s. and Broker Trust, a.s. The aim of the thesis is to examine individual elements of organizational architectures in relation to the overall performance of selected organizations. Based on the theoretical and practical knowledge, the basic elements of organizational architecture will be presented for each of the selected companies. In the practical part was set up a questionnaire focused on the recognition of executive management styles. At the end of the thesis the results are confronted with the theoretical background.

Management of pre-primary education: transformation and context

Preschool education is quite underestimated but it is an important and integral part of the educational system. The quality of education in kindergartens is reflected in the preparedness of children entering elementary school. A top class kindergarten, with a sound educational program is the result of the efforts of all its employees. The management of such a kindergarten plays a significant role in its success. This thesis deals with specific management of kindergartens and the approach of the headmaster to individual elements of management. The theoretical part consists of management terminology definitions and explanations and the placement kindergarten education in the scope of the Czech educational system and its development. The practical part of this thesis is dedicated to discovering the relationships between the educational programs in kindergartens with the style of their management. The goal of this work was to discover, what factors effect the style of kindergarten management, if there has been a change in the conditions of kindergarten management, and what is the relationship between the curriculum, climate and management of kindergartens.
