Specifies individual human resources activities from a theoretical knowledge and compare it with reality, obtained in the analysis and questionnaire survey. It contains suggestion of trainings and changes that should help to increase the satisfaction of workers and improve the human resources activities.
Legal and Taxations Aspects of the Job Creation in the Enterprise - Comparison of the Czech Republic and England

The key purpose of this Bachelor’s thesis is to analyze current situation which is connected with legal and some taxations aspects of job creation in the enterprise in the context of Czech and English legal environment. A notion of „job creation“ is limited only to recruitment, selection and taking up of employees with contract of employment. Moreover there are some partial aims that are followed. The first partial aim is an identification of some problems that are connected with following the legal rules, which can be met by the management during job creation in both countries. The second partial aim is, according to author’s opinion, to present suggestions, how the problems should be solved by the management of the enterprise. The part of this aim is an evaluation of advantages and disadvantages of suggestions presented. The third partial aim is to compare taxation charge of the employment income in the Czech Republic and in England. The result of that should be a determination of the taxation environment that is more optimal for tax deduction from employment income. The aims and purpose of this thesis is worked out on the background of theoretic foundations, that are important for understanding of the wider context of the thesis issue. The theoretic foundations are a conception and a signification of human resources; basic theoretic connections of employment law in the context of Czech and English legal code; and remuneration as a factor of tax costs for human resources in the enterprise. The core points of this thesis, by which the aims were fulfilled whether fully or partly, are summarized in the conclusion. There are mentioned also some problems, that arose during the work on this thesis, and their impact on the fulfillment of the aims.

The theoretical part summarizes current knowledge about motivation of workers and describes current trends, preferences and demands of employees. There is a research through interviews and questionnaire survey among the employees in a practical part and results are analysed. Based on these results and the information contained in the theoretical part some changes are suggested, due to which the company should have better conditions not only to keep existing employees but also to hire new ones.

Proposal for Changes of Recruitment Process a Company.

Recruitment and talent acquisition is one of the most important processes in human resource management, as it determines the effective functioning of a company. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of recruitment in a selected organization. The aim of the thesis is to streamline the recruitment process in a particular company. In the first part, the theoretical foundations of human resource management of the company are examined using a literature search in the field of recruitment and selection of employees. The practical part includes a description of the company, methods of recruitment and selection of personnel for the organization and an analysis of the current situation. A quantitative method using questionnaires for data collection and a qualitative method, namely an interview with an HR manager, were chosen to analyse the current situation in the organization. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire and the interview with the recruiter, the following suggestions were made: collaborating with universities, allocating time during the interview to bring the job duties closer to the candidates, reducing the number of participants in the group interview, creating a career page on Facebook, posting available jobs on LinkedIn, video presentations, and eliminating collaboration with agencies. These suggestions can help improve the company’s current recruitment system.
