Reactivity in stress situation as a factor of recruitment
Šléglová, Vanda ; Čáp, David (advisor) ; Rymeš, Milan (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with a theme of reactivity in a stress situation with a main focus on its testing in the frame of recruitment process in organizations. After the introduction to the theory of stress and dimensions of personality, that play role during the process of stress coping, the text presents more or less comprehensive compendium of psychodiagnostic tools used in personal practice for testing a stress resilience. Principles of these methods are described. Besides the most common methods, such as interview, observing and anamnesis, some multidimensional questionnaires, where one of the dimensions involves stress resilience, are presented. Unidimensional tests, particularly aimed at this quality, follow. This review constitutes rather possibilities than methods really used in practice. Empirical survey would need to be done to reveal their actual usage. Survey design is suggested that would enable assessing possible usage of Rosenzweig's picture frustration test during recruitment process. The survey would consist of a pilot part, that would be based on interviews with HR recruitment specialists and a main, quantitative part that would assume a questionnaire distribution among higher number of HR specialists. Options of measurement of coping with stress
Pustina, Jaroslav ; Höschlová, Eva (advisor) ; Niederlová, Markéta (referee)
This work investigates various methods for measurement of stress coping. Theoretical part introduces basic theoretical constructs that deal with stress coping which are also related to the presented Stress coping questionnaire inventory. Other methods for measurement of stress coping are also discussed. The end of the theoretical part introduces the Stress coping questionnaire itself. Empirical part establishes the basic psychometric characteristics of the inventory and analyses suitability of implementation of specific norms for various demographic groups. Se- cond study within the empirical part investigates convergent validity of the method against other inventories. The results indicate that the inventory is a valid method for measurement of stress coping, although some of its scales are affected by social desirability. Recommendations for improvements of the method are mentioned in the end of the work. Keywords: stress, stress coping, psychodiagnostics

Kožušníková, Tereza ; Boukalová, Hedvika (advisor) ; Uhlář, Pavel (referee)
The present thesis deals with the psychological aspects of interrogative suggestibility of witnesses, victims and offenders involved in criminal investigation. The first part of the work offers a theoretical and literary overview of important theoretical findings on suggestibility in the field of psychology which underly the teoretici model of interrogative suggestibility by Gudjonsson and Clark. Their model is introduced in relation to selected psychological characteristics with an emphasis on practical overlap in forensic psychology and criminal practice. The theoretical part is concluded with a detailed introduction into the Gudjonsson scales of suggestibility - GSS 1 and GSS 2. In the empirical part of the thesis, the author focuses on adaptation and validation of GSS 1 in the Czech environment. The outcome of this work are the psychometric characteristics of the Czech version of the GSS 1, including detailed instruction for administration and evaluation and statistical norms for the czech population. Currently Czech criminalist dispose of no suitable psychodiagnostic assessment method to evaluate the interrogative suggestibility. Key words: interrogative suggestibility, GSS 1, Gudjonsson, psychodiagnostics
Validation study of the Golden Profiler of Personality: comparison with the personality inventory NEO-PI-R
Jarošová, Zuzana ; Niederlová, Markéta (advisor) ; Bahbouh, Radvan (referee)
This thesis addresses the personality questionnaire Golden Profiler of Personality (GPOP). Its main objective is to verify a construct validity of GPOP. In the theoretical part, the required psychometric characteristics of psychodiagnostic tools are discussed. It also deals with the theoretical background of the GPOP - Jung's theory of psychological types and the Five Factor Model. The questionnaire GPOP is also compared with other psychodiagnostic tools with similar theoretical background and possibilities of its applications are discussed. The empirical part examines relationship between the scores of Golden Profiler of Personality and NEO inventory NEO-PI-R to determine the construct validity of GPOP. The research was conducted on the sample of university students. Results confirm the expected relationship and can be considered as the evidence of construct validity. The comparison with the norm sample showed that the sample of this research differs from the norm sample. Although the generalizability of results to the population is limited, this thesis offers the first validation study of Czech version of GPOP. Keywords: GPOP, psychodiagnostics, Jung typology, validity, NEO-PI-R

Tušl, Martin ; Niederlová, Markéta (advisor) ; Boukalová, Hedvika (referee)
The topic of the following work is the intercultural psychodiagnostics with a focus on the method of interviewing. The first part is a theoretical introduction to psychodiagnostics; briefly are described test methods and clinical methods with a deeper elaboration of the clinical interview. The next part focuses on the problem of using a clinical interview in the intercultural examination. Meaning a situation where the psychologist and the client do not share the same culture, do not have the same mother tongue, do not know the rules and habits of each others culture, etc. In the last part I have designed a survey which would evaluate the experiences of the czech clinical psychologists with intercultural psychodiagnostics.

Orlíková, Hana ; Kulišťák, Petr (advisor) ; Hrachovinová, Tamara (referee)
This thesis deals with the neuropsychological diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease. The aim is to evaluate the psychometric characteristics ofthe new Czech translation of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) by comparison with the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), a method widely used by doctors inscreening diagnostics of Alzheimer's disease. The theoretical part deals with the diagnostics of Alzheimer's disease and mild cognitive impairment. We describe international diagnostic criteria of cognitive disorders and provide an overview of the screening neuropsychological methods most commonly used by Czech specialists. We summarize the current psychometric and psychodiagnostic findings on these methods and focuse on description of MMSE and MoCA. In the empirical part we compare Czech version of MMSE and MoCA-CZ (the new Czech translation of the test). We examined 38 patients with Alzheimer's disease and 70 cognitively healthy seniors. The results show that MoCA-CZ is sufficiently valid and reliable screening method that accurately distinguishbetween healthy subjects and patiens with Alzheimer's disease. We believe that it can enrich screening tools that are available to Czech experts. Key words: Montreal Cognitive Assessment, Mini-Mental State Examination, Alzheimer's disease, psychodiagnostics,...
