Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá Dotazníkem typologie osobnosti GPOP (Golden Profiler of Personality) a jejím cílem je ověřit konstruktovou validitou dotazníku GPOP. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na požadavky kladené na psychometrické vlastnosti psychodiagnostických metod. Pozornost je věnována teoretickým základům GPOP - jedná se o Jungovu teorii psychologických typů a pětifaktorový model osobnosti. Dotazník GPOP je následně srovnáván s vybranými psychodiagnostickými nástroji založenými na obdobných teoretických základech a dále jsou diskutovány možnosti využití dotazníku GPOP. Empirická část představuje studii zabývající se ověřováním konstruktové validity dotazníku GPOP pomocí inventáře NEO-PI-R. Výzkum byl proveden na vzorku studentů pražských vysokých škol. Výsledky potvrzují předpokládané vztahy mezi oběma dotazníky a lze je tedy vnímat jako důkazy o konstruktové validitě dotazníku GPOP. Srovnání s českými normami ukázalo, že výběrový vzorek se od standardizačního liší. Ačkoli nelze závěry zcela generalizovat, výsledky nabízejí první ověření validity dotazníku v českém prostředí. Klíčová slova: GPOP, psychodiagnostika, Jungova typologie, validita, NEO-PI-R This thesis addresses the personality questionnaire Golden Profiler of Personality (GPOP). Its main objective is to verify a construct validity of GPOP. In the theoretical part, the required psychometric characteristics of psychodiagnostic tools are discussed. It also deals with the theoretical background of the GPOP - Jung's theory of psychological types and the Five Factor Model. The questionnaire GPOP is also compared with other psychodiagnostic tools with similar theoretical background and possibilities of its applications are discussed. The empirical part examines relationship between the scores of Golden Profiler of Personality and NEO inventory NEO-PI-R to determine the construct validity of GPOP. The research was conducted on the sample of university students. Results confirm the expected relationship and can be considered as the evidence of construct validity. The comparison with the norm sample showed that the sample of this research differs from the norm sample. Although the generalizability of results to the population is limited, this thesis offers the first validation study of Czech version of GPOP.
