The research analyzes the professional morality of teachers and a comprehensive look at the possibility of legalization of the moral code of ethics teaching. Professional morale of teachers of kindergartens

This thesis is devoted to professional ethics teachers in kindergarten. It focuses on ethics and associated teaching profession. The theoretical part includes clarification of the theoretical concepts, such as ethics and morality. Describes the changes in history in the education of childcare, in the approach to the theory of education and the educator requirements. The practical part includes the research investigation, which focuses on the views of teachers and the general public on the professional morality associated with the creation of a code of ethics for teachers. Part of the research part is a description of the methods that were used to meet objectives. Also includes the interpretation of the data, and finally, evaluate the position of the public and of teachers to professional ethics educator with views on the content of the proposal for a code of ethics. The conclusion of the thesis assesses the evidence and circumstances, which have been identified in the course of the investigation.

Professional ethics in legal practice Key words: ETHICS, ADVOCACY, PROFESSIONAL ETHICS The primary subject of my diploma thesis is professional ethics related to carrying out advocacy in the Czech Republic and institutions related to the ethics of solicitors. The reason for my choice of the aforementioned subject is mainly my experience in a legal office, where I have encountered many positive and negative approaches to carrying out this profession, and also the public's interest in the ethics of advocacy, which is growing concurrently with the rising needs of citizens to use services by legal consultants and representatives. In the first chapter of my work I describe the key terms (ethics, morals, law), definition of which is fundamental for understanding the issue of professional ethics and I also outline the mutual relations between these terms. In the second chapter I briefly present the short but varied history of advocacy in the Czech Republic, which began in the 12th Century. The third chapter focuses on definition of the institute of professional ethics. Parents' expectations from the personalities of the contemporary teacher of primary school

The aim of this thesis is a theoretical level summary of the formal and other requirements that are placed on the contemporary teacher of primary school. It covers concepts such as teacher competence, teaching role, various pedagogical knowledge and skills and teacher job requirements. Description of the legislative regulation of the teaching profession is also included. Part of the theoretical work is concerned with other components of teaching such as professional ethics, professional standards, pedagogical tact and personal qualities of the teacher. At the practical level the work deals with real requirements on teachers imposed by parents based on assessed questionnaires to parents of pupils. In the comments on the individual items of the questionnaire, the author relies on the experience of her own teaching practice. The result of both parts of the thesis is a summary of the knowledge, skills and character qualities, which is the teacher supposed have today. .

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of beginning primary school form teachers and the introduction into their profession. The aim of the thesis is to analyse what professional competence a graduate in Primary School Teacher Training needs for the role of a form teacher in terms of theoretical justification and practical knowledge and skills. To discuss and argue for a concept of a form teacher work preparation in the pre-graduate preparation. It investigates the teacher personality and its changes within the historical context. It describes historical development of teachers education and the current situation in the Czech Republic. It deals with a professional standard model, represents professional competences of the primary school and teacher standards. The form teacher is viewed from different angles. It deals with his work content, activities he should do, duties and competences. It defines the term professional ethics and code of ethics for teachers. Ethical dilemmas of process transformation of residential social care facility

The thesis deals with ethical dilemmas that the author identified during the process of transformation of residency social care facilities. The aim of the work is to theoretically describe dilemmas identified and subsequently outline the procedure for their solution. The aim of the core part of the work, where is selected dilemma discussed using two ethical theories, is to point out the way these theories can help to solve the ethical dilemmas. The work is divided into five parts, the first of which defines the concepts, the process of transformation and the specifics of the target group of persons with mental disabilities. In the second part emphasises the role of the social worker in dealing with ethical dilemmas and the author generally deals with ethical problems and dilemmas from several points of view and addresses the question of responsibility of a social worker for the ethically-based decision in the specific situation of transformation. The third section describes the specific ethical dilemmas that have been identified during the transformation process, including identifying possible solutions. In the fourth part is the one selected ethical dilemma discussed with the aid of two ethical theories, deontology and consequentialism. In the final fifth part, the discussion, is thinking about benefits and the real possibilities of using ethical theories in social work practice and their meaningful link.
Ethical dilemmas in social work from point of view of social workers in public administration (probation officers)

The thesis is focuse on professional ethics and ethical dilemmas in the work of a social worker in public administration / probation officer for adults. The main object was to find out what social workers consider as ethical dilemmas, how they are experiencing these situations, which strategies they choose to cope with these and what sources of support do they have. The overview part of the thesis is focused on a topic of values of social work and values of social workers. Overview part gives more attention to conception of justice and social justice, with which, among other documents, the codes of ethics work as one of the fundamental values of social work. It examines the professional values of social work by analyzing ethical documents - ethical codes. Research part of the thesis is based on qualitative research carried out through in-depth interviews with social workers in public administration. The objection of the research was to find out what professional situations social workers consider as ethical dilemmas, how they experience them, what strategies they choose to manage these situations and what sources of support do they have. The thesis is focused on the topic of professional ethics in social services and its reflection in the supervisory process. The thesis is divided into two parts, the interpretation and the research, and aims to explore the topic of professional ethics in social services in the supervisory process from the perspective of supervisors. Research is conducted using qualitative research strategies, through interviews with eight supervisors. The data analysis brings several conclusions, one of them is the fact that supervision is essential for the professional ethics of social workers. Supervision contributes in that social work is based on a more conscious professionalism and less on intuition. This all brings a more comprehensive picture of the influence of supervision on the compliance with professional ethics in social services. Ethical rules of conduct of judges in the Czech Republic This master thesis deals with ethical rules of conduct of judges in the Czech Republic. I chose the topic because in this area there is lack of scientific literature given to the topic of professional ethics in general and even less literature directly addressing the professional ethics of judges. The main objective of this thesis is to provide the most comprehensive picture of the professional ethics of judges in the Czech Republic and the resources on which it puts. The topic is brought to the reader within five chapters. The first chapter introduces the reader to the topic of ethics and its relation with morality and law and brings the view from the perspective of philosophy and legal theory. The second chapter deals with professional ethics and professional ethical codes, presents to the reader what the professional ethical code should be like. The content of the third chapter is in the first place to introduce the reader to the character and personality of the judge, his status in the legal system and, above all, the analysis of the professional ethics of judges.
