The thesis will consider ways of understanding drawing as an endless process, an experience leading to an intensification and understanding of the world, myself and capabilities of mine. Creation of long-term portrait studies, as a constant reiteration and improvement of the drawing. The theoretical part of the work defines the historical use of drawing as a material and tool for daily rituals in the visual arts, with an emphasis on artists of the 19th and 20th centuries. In the practical part, a series of portrait drawings was made in various techniques, which is listed in the theoretical part. In the didactic part, an artistic cycle on the theme "Endless drawing" / drawing as knowledge of the world was realized. History, progress and possibilities of balneology in Czech Republic

The environment of our spa is manifest as a social phenomenon affecting many areas of human being. Thanks to its unique atmosphere, extraordinary reputation and seriousness in the social awareness, the spa does not intervene only in the area of tourism, but it is an integral part of the life of the citizens of spa resorts and spa visitors. The thesis, which mainly speaks about the history of balneology, also focuses on the current opportunities of using spa treatment in the Czech Republic and provides a comparison with world spa medicine. In this thesis I tried emphesize transformation of balneology, from history to present, with historical examples. It also deals with natural healing resources and their use, followed by more detailed elaboration in the stated spa. The areas of my attention ware the origins of the formation and development of three spa towns, which differ from the others by their services provided and the large amount of clients. I focused mainly on the spa Třeboň, Luhačovice and Karlovy Vary. To achieve this, I used the secondary data analysis method. On the basis of the collected data, I have compiled the current knowledge. The work could be used in the clinical practice of physiotherapists for acquiring orientation knowledge about balneotherapy and to serve as a informative material for the wider public who is going to visit the spa.

Tax optimization through tax havens - possibilities and risks

This work compares tax burden of selected entity among different countries with low or zero taxation, called "tax havens", to the Czech Republic. This work also informs about possible methods how to save taxes. Selected tax diagrams of accounting entity are sorted not only by the amount of the tax liability, but also by fees and others indicators that may influence the entity's decision. There are many risks, which are connected with tax havens. The theoretical part is concerned with the history of tax havens. Then, the term tax haven is defined by organizations like EU, Oxfam and so on. In the second part this theoretical part is dedicated selected tax havens. In the practical part the tax schemes are proposed. The chosen countries for tax diagrams are Netherland, Cyprus and the USA. The tax diagrams are ranked in two aspects - possibilities and risks. The best option for the selected entity is the tax diagram - Cyprus, because there is warehouse in Cyprus, income tax is low and risks are low

Influence of parents on the pedagogical direction of elementary school

The thesis deals with the influence of parents on the pedagogical direction of elementary school. Its aim is to find out what options to influence the pedagogical direction of elementary school parents currently have and how they make use of them. The work is divided into theoretical and research parts. The theoretical background is based on an analysis of texts and presents experiences and knowledge relating to this issue. Theoretical bases provide an overview of factors, which influence the pedagogical direction of elementary school and what role the parents can play in this process. The research part presents and evaluates the results of the research conducted at four elementary schools in Prague 12. The research method for data collection was an interview with the headmaster of these elementary schools and a questionnaire for parents of pupils. Proposed recommendations for the schools, which participated in the research, are based on the survey results and on the answers of the research questions. Their implementation into practice could facilitate the influence of parents in the pedagogical direction of the school. E-learning possibilities in education taking into account psychological aspects of creative learning

This diploma thesis is trying to critically look at education via e-learning, with the main topic being the possibilities which (with elaborated learning strategy) this form of education is able to offer. E-learning, in this work, is set into a society-wide context of education in the 21st century with regards to demographic development of the Czech population. Apart from the introduction and description of the main parts of e-learning courses, the thesis focuses on the creation process of these courses as such. Company/corporate experience, which is particularly beneficial here, is being widely used throughout this thesis. We consider it very important to theoretically elaborate on the term of 'creative learning' and show its contribution to the description of possibilities of e-learning in education. Afterwards, in the practical part, we focus on researching e-learning in chosen companies; in which we are trying to outline which way and how effectively e-learning is being used at chosen institutions. Attention is focused on the issue of working students at universities. The goal is to identify student's strategies combine daily study and work and how to help the students to prevent them or legislative conditions. The work has an analytical character and operates as primary research data from semi-structured interviews and secondary data from foreign studies and legislative documents. Data are analysed using content and thematic analysis.

Development Possibilities of Talented Students in Primary Schools

This Bachelor thesis looks at the issue of talented students in regular schools, their specific educating and general status of such pupils in regular elementary school classroom. The introduction defines the notion of talent and the related requirements and historical development. It also deals with recognition of talent and points summary characteristics of talented students. The cruxes of the work are the options for schools and teachers in the educating of talented students in regular school facilities. It deals with existing programs in education and specifics contained segregated or integrated education. The focus on teaching itself is a stimulus to students how could their teachers develop the talent, build differentiated teaching and work with them in the group. The importance here is also working with parents. The conclusion is devoted to a substantial and neglected group of talented pupils with a handicap (twice exceptional) and the reflection of current state reality. The theme of diploma thesis is a Java application theory and practice. The thesis deals in the first part of theoretical introduction to programming languages, history of java, classification by paradigm. The thesis includes a closer acquaintance with the Java programming language and an overview of the basic functions and syntax of Java like a programming language such as object-oriented The practical part of the thesis deals programming of applications in Java. This section also deals the preparatory of development, analysis and design of graphical user interface of application. The thesis contains parts of the program code which are described and explained. The program is functional and it is for overview of claims which are exported from another system.

I present complex of artistic works, which I created durring my Masters studies and its interruption, so since 2012 till 2017. My topic which I worked with was cartography transfer of space to flat with manipulations of sizes and visual shortcuts and visualisations of outvisible spaces. Together with my activity I will introduce also work of another 5 artists, which I ofered them the topic of map of parallel Universe to their focus and visions.
