Management of nursery school with more separated workplaces

Final thesis presents a comparison of the management of kindergartens, which are divided according to given specifications. This segmentation was the fact kindergartens with more separated workplace, which became the subject of further research. In the theoretical part defines the basic concepts of management. The survey is aimed at business functions. Terminology each function highlights the importance of the issue of management control. In the empirical part was used a quantitative survey questionnaire form created in Google Docs. The results were transferred to the clear graphs and tables for further use. Works by respondents from the region Mladá Boleslav, where forty-six nursery schools. Subsequent research was focused on qualitative research with a focus on kindergarten with more separated workplace. Respondents with personal meetings to answer questions formulated. These survey results were recorded in tabular summaries and further processed for further research. The information obtained with the respondents in managerial positions revealed an overall view of managing organizations. Managerial work of the representatives of directors in the kindergartens with four classes in Prague 4, 11 and 12 Abstrakt: The bachelor thesis discusses managerial work of the representatives of directors in the kindergartens with four classes in Prague 4, 11 and 12. It also discusses the delegation of managerial functions to the representatives of directors. It deals with cooperation between directors and their representatives, determines their level of managerial competence from the perspective of themselves and also from the perspective of directors. Bachelor thesis compares conditions of the representatives of kindergartens directors for their managerial activities and compares work of the statutory representatives and leading teachers. This thesis deals in theoretical level with the concept of school management and defines its characteristics, defines the structure of managerial functions and deals with their delegation. Management Role of Head of Canteen in Elementary School - Middle Management

1 Summary: Management Role of Head of Canteen in Elementary School In this work I have investigated managerial role and duties of head of school canteen, which is a part of elementary school. At the beginning, theory of middle management is described, based on the literature survey. The theory is focused on middle management role, duties, and responsibilities, which are compared to those of head of school canteen. Large survey among heads of catering in elementary school was executed in Vysocina shire. The statistical analysis of gathered data revealed differences in management roles and lifelong education of heads of catering. The amount of management duties and management education is primary influenced by school director and their willingness to delegate authorities. Surprisingly, almost one half of heads of school canteen do not participate in financial planning of operational expenses and one third of them is not aware of financial budget to salaries in school canteen. The results suggest that further lifelong education is need for heads of school canteen and in general provide valuable information for school founders, school directors, or other organizations in education.

Final thesis is a description of the management system in nursery schools in the Czech Republic. It presents a view of the management mainly through the basic management skills of a headmaster, which are planning, organizing, human resources, leadership and controlling. The research results provide a profile of a headmaster who has a certain managerial expertise and management skills. Furthermore, the research part contains analysis of the use of managerial roles by respondents and presents findings about the influence that management education has on the use of management tools in the management of a nursery school. Jiří Trunda ABSTRACT: The aim of this study is to define some terms and theoretical theories concerning the issue of management, managerial functions and some knowledge, skills and responsibilities of managers adhere to the principles of a successful delegation of tasks and selecting the appropriate delegate. Whether the director of the kindergarten can select the appropriate taand delegate to observe the principles of a successful delegation, showed the results of empirical research. Method for empirical research was a survey. The questionnaire was designed for stand-alone nursery school director with legal personality. It addressed a total of 100 managers from kindergarten in Usti region, the return of questionnaires was 57%. The results of the survey were analyzed and processed into graphs. The outcome of this work is a set of views, recommendations and methods that managers use to manage specific activities (so- called management functions) and their delegation in kindergarten. Support of the beginning directors of kindergartens from 1990 to present

This diploma thesis provides information on the subject of supporting beginning kindergarten headmasters. It deals with the changes of this support from 1990 until the present. The objective of this diploma thesis is to find out the opinions of the headmasters of pre-primary education schools in Prague concerning the support provided by the state, school authority, middle management, the previous headmaster, other colleagues and educational institutions upon taking up their the post. The theoretical part introduces the basic terms connected with the headmaster's managerial functions and competences as well as with the historical development of the kindergarten headmaster's function in relation to the support received upon taking up their post. It points out the necessity of external support of headmasters during their career, especially in its beginning. The empirical part of the thesis is based on studying specialised literature and on survey results. It assesses the headmasters' experience at the beginning of their careers as headmasters. It evaluates the quality of assistance provided and points out the missing links of subvention. Hidden curriculum and the possibility to influence it from different levels of the organizational structure

In the theoretical part of this thesis research concepts curriculum and hidden curriculum. The following is a list of managerial functions that influence hidden curriculum music school. The following contains areas for specific training in music schools. In the empirical part is based on data found in the research questionnaire survey and the data obtained in the interviews that were conducted on a random sample of respondents from among the directors, representatives, department heads and teachers of music schools. The aim of the research is to compare whether and to what extent the respondents were involved in activities that may affect the hidden curriculum in the music school. Activities affecting the hidden curriculum of various organizational positions were determined on the basis of interviews with respondents in the pilot study. The work provides an interpretation of the curriculum and the hidden curriculum. Searches concepts was based on the use of our and foreign literature. Following are sorted managerial activities related to the management of the curriculum in music schools.
Managerial functions and delegation of managerial functions in a consolidated kindergarten in Prague

This bachelor thesis elaborates on managerial functions and their delegation. It focuses on delegation of privileges, competencies and responsibilities from director of joint kindergarten to deputy who manages detached site. This is exclusively schools that were established by consolidating of several independent kindergartens. Theoretical part of the thesis is based on specialized literature. Research part contains analysis of questionnaire which was conducted on 10 consolidated kindergartens in Prague and focused on delegation of director's competencies. Directors and their deputies managing the detached sites participated in the questionnaire. Author of this thesis answers the question, which of the managerial competencies are appropriate for delegation in the detached site.
