Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá manažerskými funkcemi a jejich delegováním. Jde o delegování pravomocí, kompetencí a odpovědnosti směrem od ředitelky sloučené mateřské školy v Praze k zástupkyni, která vede odloučené pracoviště. Jedná se výlučně o školy, které vznikly sloučením několika původně samostatných mateřských škol. Teoretická část práce vychází z poznatků z odborné literatury. Výzkumná část obsahuje analýzu výsledků dotazníkového šetření, které proběhlo na 10 sloučených mateřských školách v Praze a týkalo se delegování v práci ředitelky mateřské školy. Dotazníkového šetření se účastnily ředitelky sloučených mateřských škol a zástupkyně ředitelek, které vedou odloučené pracoviště. Autorka práce se snaží odpovědět na dotaz, jaké manažerské funkce je možné delegovat na odloučeném pracovišti. This bachelor thesis elaborates on managerial functions and their delegation. It focuses on delegation of privileges, competencies and responsibilities from director of joint kindergarten to deputy who manages detached site. This is exclusively schools that were established by consolidating of several independent kindergartens. Theoretical part of the thesis is based on specialized literature. Research part contains analysis of questionnaire which was conducted on 10 consolidated kindergartens in Prague and focused on delegation of director's competencies. Directors and their deputies managing the detached sites participated in the questionnaire. Author of this thesis answers the question, which of the managerial competencies are appropriate for delegation in the detached site.
